What is actually Design Thinking?
The second module provides an overview of design thinking and provides participants with the appropriate practical tools. They learn what user centricity means and how it is implemented, and learn which systems are used to derive relevant findings from qualitative data. You will learn how prototypes are created and tested, and when and how design thinking brings real benefits.
