Companies need visionaries and employees who think in a new way and initiate and drive innovation.Because only a progressive mindset and method know-how can secure organizations a strong competitive position.

As part of the „Innovation Lead“ training, the Innovation Campus offers employees and managers the conditions they need to initiate and implement change. In four consecu-tive modules of two days, the principles and central methods and tools of innovation work are taught. What is actually Design Thinking?

The second module provides an overview of design thinking and provides participants with the appropriate practical tools. They learn what user centricity means and how it is implemented, and learn which systems are used to derive relevant findings from qualitative data. You will learn how prototypes are created and tested, and when and how design thinking brings real benefits.

In the transfer, you will work out how to implement user-centered and iterative work in your own organization.
