Spoken voice – boom chicka boom, rock you, AEIOU (alters dynamics, style, speed)
Singing voice – ABC, Shalom, Sin je (simple, few words, focus on pitch, tone and togetherness)
Body position – midline, screw up and release, up and down (body control/position)
Breathing – count, blow, pant, control, hold (oxygen, control of breathing and focus)
Bodies – stretch, do as I do, Bonnie, rhythm (blood flow, oxygen, enjoyment and focus)

curriculum aims, not focus on music skills Catchy, yet simple!
