* Judging of the Green Apogee Awards is based on 3 aspects :

QUALIFYING CRITERIA /TERMS & CONDITIONS

A nominee must be Malaysian incorporated company and registered under the Companies Commission of Malaysia (CCM).

Three (3) years of the latest Audited Financial Reports for 2016, 2017 & 2018, or could be replaced by Management Accounts if “2018 Audited Financial Report” is still not available.

Nominees must have proven performances and track records in their respective industries including the development of innovative marketing strategies, good business practices and strategic planning.

All Directors of the company must not have been involved in any legal business suit, any current negative CCRIS record, or have regulatory problems with relevant authorities in the past two years.

Must be part of a multinational group, with multinational referring to foreign-owned companies and brands, with operations in multiple geographical locations. HOWEVER, Malaysian-owned companies operating in multiple geographical locations are eligible to apply.

If the business is a franchise, the Franchisor, not the Franchisee, could apply. HOWEVER the Franchisor must be a Malaysian company.

Can either be a parent / holding company or a subsidiary company. If the parent company participates then all its subsidiaries will not be eligible automatically.

All winners from previous years are also eligible and encouraged to participate.

Applications that are incomplete and / or received after deadline will be rejected.

Any information provided by applicants / winners if discovered subsequently to be fraudulent or false, both the application and the applicant will be disqualified and the award shall be revoked.

The Judges’ decisions are final. No appeal or disputes will be entertained. The applicants shall not resort to court proceedings to review the judges’ decisions. All decisions made by the Organizer pertaining to the Awards shall be final and binding.

The Organizer will be not be held responsible for damaged entries or lost through the post. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
