Step  2.  Select  Room  and  Angle      “Hi 3DVisual, I will go for a living room interior of the north-facing unit 103 or 203. It has the best lighting and has city views. Regards Chris Yunfan Lu Director R&R Brothers Pty Ltd”

We  understand  that  even  the  most  minor  changes  can  result  in   an   immeasurable   enhancement   to   your   final   3D  visualization.      We   will   ensure   that   every   possible   angle   has   been  considered  before  finalizing  this  important  step.

Step  3.  Model  Created  with  First  Render

It  is  important  to  have  a  model  at  this  stage  as  our  clients  may  wish  to  adjust  angle  or  zoom  slightly.      We  discuss   in   fine  details  everything  our  clients  would   like  changed  on  the  first  render.  We  would  go  to  great  lengths  to  ensure   all   necessary   changes   are  made   in   our   final   render.  Usually  several  email  exchanges  takes  place  before  our  work  commences  on  the  final  render.

   Step  4.  Your  Feedback

It   is   necessary   for   us   to   know   the   interior   design   schedule  before   this   step.   This   will   allow   an   accurate   reflection   of  your  vision  during  your  design  process.    We  will  use  our  artistic  creativity  to  complete  the  rest  of  the  drawing   such   as   additions   of   items   such   as   books,   candles,  furniture  and  light  conditions.

   Step  5.  Final  Render  Presentation

Of   course   sometimes   last   minute   changes   are   brought   up.  Rendering   is  a   time  consuming  process.  But  we  will  always  do   everything   to   help   our   clients   achieving   their   most  realistic  3D  visualization  solution.

“Hi 3DVisual, I would like to make some last minute changes as shown on the mark-up. Aircon is a bit low on the wall. Please add a dining table and I don’t like those pillow cushions particularly. Regards Chris Yunfan Lu Director R&R Brothers Pty Ltd”
