Note :

+ Delivery and removal must not be done during the opening hours of the exhibition area. + The forwarding/transport contractor will assist exhibitors in delivery and removal the exhibit. + During the time of constructing/decorating the booth or delivery/removal, exhibitors are requested to protect exhibit by themselves. The Organizing Board will not take responsibilities for any stolen, lost, or damaged exhibits before the time of Opening Ceremony and while/after exhibitors removal exhibits, and during time of opening exhibition.

6 - Rules & Regulations 1. Registration :

1.1. Application for participation is to be made in the prescribed form. Based on the sort of exhibits, time of registration and making deposit being of 50%, the Organizing Board will assign space for exhibitors on the principle of “first come first served”.

1.2. In the case of withdrawal of participation, exhibitor is required to send the notice to the Organizing Board in writing within 90 days prior to the Opening Day. And if the exhibitor has paid 100% contract value, 50% of deposit shall be refunded.

1.3. Change of Date and Venue : In case of necessary, the Organizing Board reserved the right to change the venue or date of the Fair, and will inform exhibitors the new date or new venue at least one month before the old date. Space rental contracts will remain effective for the new date or new venue.

2. Stand Construction

2.1. Booth Facilities : a) Package stand :

* Booth size : 3m (width) x 3m (depth) x 2.5m (height) (Total booth space : 09 m2) * Services and equipment for each booth are included in the participation fee as follows :

+ Side and back partitions colored in neo-white and made of vinyl-coated wood panels with aluminum frames. (Only pushpins or tape can be used to hang or paste items on to the partitions. No nails can be used.) + Carpeted floor + Single phase socket + Name board in English + Two fluorescent lights + One waste paper basket + One information counter, two chairs.

b) Raw space: + Exhibitor requested to build by own stand. Management fee shall be paid to the Organizer as regulations by I.C.E. Please check the enclosed forms. + There will not be any electrical setting or electric power in raw space order.

For connecting electricity or arranging necessary facilities, exhibitors should fill in the forms CS-1, CS-2, CS-3 and send it to the Organizing Board by 10th March, 2016. A surcharge of 20% will be enforced after the deadline and 30% for on site order. 2.2. Official contractor will co-ordinate with the Organizing Board to build package stands. Special design by exhibitors will have to be within the architectural controls and getting approval by the organizing Board before construction is started. The maximum height of pavilion should follow the technical specifications mentioned above.

Exhibitor will be responsible for removal of empties, waste materials at least 12 hours before the Opening of the Fair. The organizing Board will have the right to penalty in all above cases. Exhibitor should take all necessary precautions to prevent any harm done to the Fair venue property and is liable to compensate any damages of venue property caused by his/her staff.

3. Stand Operation :

- Exhibitor is requested to fill in the Form “FS-3” for participants’ entry badges. Entry badge is shown during the Event’s operating time, even during move-in and/or move-out time. - Exhibitors are requested to present a half of hour before opening and a half of hour after closing everyday. When receiving booth from Security Team in the Morning, if exhibits aware loss, damage, exhibitor is requested to keep the status-quo and inform the Organizing Board in soonest. - Exhibitors shall be responsibility in save themselves from any lose, damage of their own exhibit/personal items during the operating time of the Event. - All rubbish, wrapping/packing, miscellaneous material shall be moved out of the exhibition venue at least 12 hours before opening the Event, and 01 day after closing of the Event. Organizing Board is reserved the right to levy penalty when above-mentioned case are violated. Rate of 10 USD/sqm will be imposed on each of breach.

4. Services :

For arranging any assistance or service, exhibitor is requested to fill in relevant forms that are included in the EXHIBITOR’S KIT. For searching each form more easy, the form set separated into 3 parts as follows :

Service is acceptable when the application form is sent to organizer by the deadline that is mentioned in each application form. After the deadline, late orders may not be accommodated. If accepted and available, a surcharge of 30% will be applicable.

5. Power and Water :

Except the organizing Board and official contractor, no one is authorized to undertake any installation of water & electricity supply/equipment in the exhibition hall.

- Power’s capacity is available at the booth is : 500 KVA (Hall A1) and 250 KVA (Hall A3), 220V; for a power supply of 380V, exhibitor is requested to fill out Form “RS-4”, return it to Organizing Board via fax by March 10th, 2016.

- The Organizing Board is reserved the right to disconnect any electrical supply which may cause danger or annoyance to visitors or other exhibitors.

- Power and water resource shall be supplied a half an hour before/after the daily opening time. - Power shall be supplied during delivery and removal as requested.

- In case of construction of special-designed booth/pavilion, Electric/water system design is requested to send Organizing Board before March 10th, 2016.

- Consumption fee applies with electric equipment/fitting, which is not supplied by Organizing Board. The fee counted bases on principles as follows :

+ Cost of supplying source (as announced in Form “CS-3”);

+ Electric Consumption fee (as announced in Form “CS-3”); for machine, equipment, fitting is counted basing on the electric consumption that is announced by its manufacturer.

6. Transportation, Freight Forwarding:

The Official Freight Forwarder supplies exhibitors “door-to-door” services, and “on-site” service as well basing on requirement from exhibitors. Please kindly note as follows :

- Exhibitors are requested to contact directly Official Freight Forwarder to arrange necessary services. The Organizing Board is reserved the right to refuse supplying exhibitor or their contractor any kind of official letter/attorney letter and/or any assistance that relating to custom clearance or freight forwarding of exhibit.

- Organizing Board is reserved the right to refuse any package/document of exhibit that sent directly to Organizing Board.

7. Travel, Accommodation:

Exhibitors are encouraged to use services are supplied by Official Contractor. However, exhibitors could select themselves a convenience supplier. Please contact Organizing Board for any necessary assistance.

8. Restrictions and Prohibitions:

The Organizing Board is reserved the right to close down the stand in case their violation is not repaired under instruction of Organizing Board, each of participant shall have the juridical responsibility for his/her violation. Please note the prohibitions as follows :

- Smoke

- Use flame

- Use of high-volume noise for advertising purpose, entertainment, etc.

- Distribution of ad. Materials, publications.... that may not suitable with the local customs and culture or considered as harm for national security are banned.

- Promotion material such as product catalogues and brochures can only be shown and distributed by exhibitor within his or her booth.

- Any construction exceeds 2.5m of height is requested to get approval from the Organizing Board by March 10th 2016 so as to avoid any inconvenience for other exhibitors.

9. Addition of Regulations

Whenever necessary, to ensure the smooth management of the Fair, the Organizing Board will issue additional regulations. Exhibitors are requested to observe also these additional regulations.
