Rebecca Toman is the vice president, Survey Business Unit at Pearl Meyer. In this role, she designs and publishes compensation and benefits surveys for a wide range of industries and employee populations. Rebecca recently joined the WorldatWork faculty where she will teach courses on Job Analysis and Documentation and Market Pricing.

Previously, Rebecca has held compensation roles at Salary.com, and taught a graduate course on Compensation and Performance Management at Framingham State University. She has a BS with concentrations in marketing and finance from Syracuse University, holds an MA in Human Resource Management from Framingham State University, and is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Global Remuneration Professional (GRP), and a Certified Benefits Professional (CBP).

Sarah manages a portfolio of clients, aiding them with her background in survey work and reporting. In her role, Sarah utilizes her experience in both survey work and reporting. Sarah is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park earning a B.A. double degree in Economics and Psychology.
