THE 10 COMMANDMENTS OF
A SUCCESSFUL RELATIONSHIP
#1 - THOU SHALL NOT ALLOW
your spouse to take ADVANTAGE
of you.
#2 - THOU WILT INVEST 50% into the
JOINT VENTURE - the ‘other’ invests the
other 50%. It can swing 30-70% during
the course but the CONTRACT has to
specify 50% SHAREHOLDING CAPITAL.
#3 - THOU SHOULD give in & draw
back as the situation demands in
order to DEVELOP & HOLD ON TO
YOUR SELF - WORTH.
#4 - AT NO POINT, THOU SHALT
DILUTE THY STOCK.
#5 - BOTH PARTIES at all times will bear
in mind LONG TERM GOALS &
OBJECTIVES vs SHORT TERM GAINS for
the betterment of the relationship.
#6 - THOU SHALT ALWAYS
REMEMBER that emotions are
fleeting but TRUST (NOT "I love
you's) is a TWO WAY STREET.
#7 - BOTH SHALT ALWAYS give
ROOM & SPACE for NURTURE &
GROWTH to the moving parts - a
stifling atmosphere chokes &
kills.
#8 - THOU SHALT NOT EVER LOSE
SIGHT that BOTH are EQUAL INVESTORS
& therefore BOTH ARE EQUALLY GUILTY
in case of misdoing. (Assigning blame is
strictly forbidden; so saying sorry is part
of the healing & building process)
#9 - THOU SHALT ALWAYS USE
YOUR MIND & NOT YOUR HEART
for resolving issues.
#10 - THOU SHALT keep in mind that YOUR
HOME (not your house) is a HERITAGE SITE
- all those INCLD YOUR CHILDREN who walk
in & out of it will leave with awe,
amazement & marvel @ the
ARCHITECTURAL WONDER not made with
hands.
TO CONCLUDE
JUST 2 SIMPLE RULES!
1. Only 1 hand to push but 2 hands to clap
2. Only 1 mouth to speak but 2 ears to
listen (not hear)
