THANKSGIVING 29 th November to 1 st December 2013 Geng together in our neighbourhoods to be grateful for God’s goodness in our lives. THANKSGIVING We’re geng together for a ‘Kiwi Thanksgiving’ over the weekend of 29th November – 1st December 2013. Whether it be for a potluck dinner, a picnic at the beach, a neighbourhood party or Saturday aſternoon, or whatever works best, we simply want to get people who live in the same area (all ages, all stages) to hang out with another; as a bonus you’ll probably meet people in your area you don’t know! The concept is simple. Complete your details opposite and we’ll do our best to work the jigsaw puzzle and put you together. Those that agree to host will think of some kind of gathering that suits those who respond. It’s informal, it’s organic, there’s no pressure, it’s a Kiwi Thanksgiving! For our part, we’ll give hosts some basic ideas about a Thanksgiving acvity to keep folks focussed for part of the me. At these thanksgiving events we’ll also introduce you to what we’re doing in 2014 (it’s called The Story) and we’ll give you some ideas about how this might work in your neighbourhood.
