A small waist in most instances comes from not only watching what you eat but also building both your lower and upper body. By growing those muscles you are giving off the illusion of a tinier waist.

Ab lines are easily developed with exercise but not revealed unless you clean up your diet. Work on preparing at least 80% of your meals per week.

If you are losing your precious assets when you lose weight, you are not eating enough. Make certain to get a healthy balance of all food AND strength train.
