and our insurance agency we determined what was required of us to get the amenities opened for the season. We ask that everyone use common sense when deciding whether or not to visit the amenities. We must all ultimately protect ourselves. When you come to the pools, please bring sanitizing wipes and wipe down the furniture before and after you use it. Please properly dispose of all wipes and other unwanted items in the trash receptacles provided. If loose garbage clogs the pool pumps it can be quite costly. The pool deck has been marked with red X’s indicating proper social distancing for furniture placement. Members of the same household are not required to distance from each other. If you move the furniture please return it to its original location before you leave. Hand sanitizer has been placed at each gate entrance, and soap is stocked in all restrooms. If you have questions or concerns, please call 470-798-0122 and leave a message. Please be considerate of our elderly population and give them plenty of room if you find yourself enjoying pool time with them. Please also have grace toward the children as I am sure they will be loud and happy to finally be able to swim. Congratulations to all of our high school, middle school and elementary school classes of 2020 who were unable to celebrate these milestones in the usual fashion. Water leak was detected near the grassy area at the small pool on May 20.

The water department was called when a homeowner noticed a water accumulation in the grass outside of the small pool area. The water was temporarily cut off and the repair has been made. The large pool pump room has been repaired from past water damage. Our common areas are equipped cameras for security. No smoking/vaping at the pool. If you notice anything dangerous or questionable please notify the board by emailing, hoaofwoodlandpark@gmail.com immediately. We are considering booking a band for a ‘Family Fun Bash’ to welcome in our 2020 Summer. We hope that you are pleased with the board’s hard work.
