CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

First party commitments:

For reservation of scientific sessionsThe first party is committed to the time-limit of the scientific session according to the contract, and it is absolutely forbidden to exceed the time agreed upon time-limit. Propaganda inside lecture hallsIt is not allowed to place any kind of propaganda inside lecture rooms but it is only allowed to place “quick stands” in the pas-sageway leading to the lecture rooms immediately before the start of the scientific session on condition that they are removed once the scientific session ends. For reservation of exhibition spaceThe exhibitor company is committed to its specific pre-agreed upon exhibition space in addition to the appointed dates for building & removal of the exhibition area as illustrated in the conference’s booklet for private companies. Design of Exhibitor’s standThe design of the exhibitor’s stand should be sent beforehand in order to be approved by the Organizing Committee. Approved height of standsThe maximum allowed height for the exhibitor’s stand is estimated to be one third of the area allowed for the stand since the maximum height of the exhibition is 3.5 meters. Security and safety rulesThe company is committed to the security and safety rules of the conference hall and is also committed to paying all expenses for any damages, if any, directly to the conference hall. Second party commitments

The second party is committed to fully provide all what was agreed-upon in this contract in accordance with the general condi-tions of the conference. All the above-mentioned items are considered obligatory & binding to both parties.
