KPIs designed to help measure outcomes (value/benefit) of grant programs• Grantees may have to adapt their current data/metric capturing processes • Accurate reporting is key – trends will inform improvements to grant service
categories and perhaps funding distribution across grant programs

use of TVC grant funding is required
All Service Categories include KPI questions that reflect how the beneficiary reports the impact of receiving services. This will require Grantees to engage their clients when services are complete (or within a time period following services) to collect these attitudinal inputs.
