What does this mean for our students?
What is our role in increased technology use?
What needs does our campus have to
improve?

In conclusion our district needs to step it up when it comes to keeping current with technology. As early as three years ago our district had a five year technology requirement plan for all of it’s employee’s. This meant that every employee in the district had to meet certain technology requirements by their fifth year in the district. That has now fell by the wayside, and I believe that has a lot to do with our decreasing scores and classification over the years. In order to keep our students ahead of the game in technology use, we the staff must make the effort to use technology more in our teaching.
