Major rainfall over the past few days has caused severe flooding and property damage in parts of Texas.

Houston received more than 10 inches of rain overnight, which closed highways, shut schools, and suspended public transportation.

Authorities have reported 11 people killed from the recent storms that hit both Texas and Oklahoma with others still missing.
