To All Primary Firm Customers

Re: Customized Reservation Pattern ("CRP")Elections Due September 1, 2017

All customers under firm service agreements paying maximum reservation rates under Rate Schedule CDS, FT 1, LLFT, and SCT that desire to participate in the CRP Program for the period commencing November 1, 2019 and ending October 31, 2020, shall submit to Pipeline by September 1, 2019 via the LINK® System its annual election to participate in the CRP Program. The rate and volume elections by contract will be due by October 1, 2019 to be effective November 1, 2019.

The CRP Program is governed by the terms and conditions included in Section 3 of Rate Schedules CDS, FT 1, LLFT, and SCT, as applicable. Notice Text: Texas Eastern Transmission, LP ("Texas Eastern") is conducting a binding open season ("Open Season") for its Venice Extension Project ("Project"). The Project will provide shippers with an opportunity to obtain firm transportation service from receipt points in Texas Eastern's Zone ELA near its New Roads compressor station, at the head of the Venice Lateral, to onshore gulf coast markets along the lateral in Zone ELA. The anticipated Project in-service date is July 1, 2022.

This Open Season will begin on August 12, 2019 and end at 4:00 p.m. CST on September 9, 2019. Interested parties must submit the attached binding nomination form by the close of the Open Season, and will be required to execute a Precedent Agreement by November 1, 2019.

Notice Text: Nomination Analytics

LINK has released a new screen called Nomination Analytics, which is located under Nominations/Nomination Analytics from the Customer Activities Menu. The new screen provides statistical information on the amount of activity your company conducts when processing nominations. More specifically, for the for the criteria selected (date range, Service Requester, location, name, rate schedule) the system will provide information on how many nominations have been processed, scheduled receipt/delivery quantity by meter and scheduled receipt/delivery quantity by up/down entity. Information can be evaluated in total, by rate schedule, rolled up to month or year, and charted. For nominations processed, there is also a comparison feature between month and years that can be utilized.

Information under Nominations Processed includes a total number of nominations that LINK has processed, how many nominations were touched (updated) by your staff, the number of activities used and how many reductions occurred.

Information under the Scheduled Quantity options provides meter locations and associated scheduled quantities or up/down names and the associated scheduled quantities.

We hope these screens will assist you in quantifying the effort your team makes every day.

Offer Confirmation Dialog Enhancement

A "Show/Hide" button has been added to the Summary Map, Segments, Locations, 14.9 Capacity, and Contacts of the Offer Confirmation Dialog screen. This Offer Confirmation Dialog screen is located on the Offer Quick Release, Offer Quick Copy and through the related screen from the Offer Maintenance Screen. This allows customers to hide any of these sections when printing offer data.
