REGISTRATION
Program activities at the Conference are not
open to the public. Attendance is limited to
FBINAA members, their families and criminal
justice guests. Attendance will be opened to law
enforcement officers in the state of Texas for this
year’s re-training course. Admittance to all re-
training sessions is by FBINAA Conference
badge. Badges and programs will not be made
available in advance. These items are issued on-
site during registration. Advanced registration
saves you time by permitting us to handle all
clerical duties prior to the session. Full payment
of registration fees are required and must be
submitted with registration forms.
DEADLINE FOR EARLY REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT IS APRIL 21, 2018.
PARTICIPANTS WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO REGISTER ON-SITE, BASED ON SLOT
AVAILABILITY.
On-site registration will be conducted on Sunday, June 17, 2018 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm and Monday, June 18, 2018 from 12:00 pm until 6:00 pm. Registration will resume on Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at 8:00 am until 12:00 pm at the hotel. Rooms at the hotel will be based upon availability. Conference Shirts are not guaranteed after May 1, 2018.
Refunds: Records will be kept of all registration fees paid in advance. If you register in advance and are unable to attend the session you will be refunded your registration minus a $50 administrative fee. Any cancellations received after May 29, 2017 will NOT be refunded.

ACADEMY The room rate for a single or double occupancy is $149 (applicable taxes not included). Marriott has extended the rate to two days prior to and after the conference for anyone wishing to arrive earlier or stay longer. Parking fees not included. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. check-out time is 12 noon.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Hospitality Suite: Hospitality suite information will be included in your registration packet. The hours of operation will not conflict with any training sessions or other planned activities. President’s Reception: The President’s Reception will be held on Monday, June 18, 2018. Banquet: The Banquet will be held on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the Omni Hotel. Social will be at 6:30 p.m. Dinner will be served to members, spouses and registered guests at 7:00 p.m. Childcare will be available. Dress is business attire. Weather: The Sugar Land / Houston area will be hot and humid in June. It is suggested that you bring cool, comfortable clothing. The Sugar Land Marriott has a swimming pool, massage and spa service, and a fitness center. Door Prizes: The members of the FBINAA Houston Region members and the Conference Planning Committee will solicit as many door prizes as possible. If you would like to provide a door prize from your community, it would be appreciated. Exhibits: Exhibitors will be set up on Tuesday and Wednesday for your convenience. Training: Delegates will receive a minimum of twenty hours of TCOLE credit.
