Mental abilities generally known as higher mental function like intelligence, orientation, memory, attention, concentration, abstract thinking, judgment and insight.

BHATIA’S PERFORMANCE BATTERY OF TEST
It has five subtests:i. Koh’s Block Design Testii. Alexander Passalong test: It was a component of W. P. Alexander’s Performance
scale. This allocated children aged 11 to different types of secondary school.
The child moved the blocks around a tray to match a predetermined design.
The test was devised in 1937. It was published by the University of London Press the
same year.

iv.Immediate Memory of Sounds: In the memory test, consonants or digits are to be repeated in the same order first and then backwards.

Picture Completion Test: Five pictures cut out into 2,4,6 or 12 parts are to be assembled in the shortest possible time to gain maximum scores.
Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST)
It is a neuropsychological test of "set-shifting", i.e. the ability to display flexibility in the face of changing schedules of reinforcement.
The WCST was written by David A. Grant and Esta A. Berg.

DENVER DEVELOPMENT SCREENING TEST
Commonly known as the Denver Scale, is a test for screening cognitive and behavioral problems in preschool children. It was developed by William K. Frankenburg and first introduced by him and Josiah.B. Dobbs in 1967.
The DENVER II (1992) is a revision and update of the Denver Developmental Screening Test, DDST (1967).
DENVER DEVELOPMENT SCREENING TEST
Purpose:To identify the developmental delay in
preschoolers.To assist neurological function and to
detect neurological Problem like cerebral palsy.
To detect problem in early infancy like growth and development.

Goodenough–Harris Draw-a-Person test
Psychological projective personality or cognitive test used to evaluate children and adolescents for a variety of purposes.
Developed originally by florence goodenough in 1926, this test was first known as the goodenough draw-a-man test.
Physically ability tests The PAT is designed to stimulate specific
job duties.The tests are physically demanding &
could cause injury who is not physically fit.
Before PAT one must undergo risk assessment.
