Sr. Leonardo Haichelis Ref: Testimonial – Use of Magna Welding Alloys Dear Sirs, On October 2001, a key of the 80 Ton Bliss Eccentric Press was broken. It is composed of chromo-nickel cementation. In order to manufacture a new key we had to spend at least 10 days. We had to add a repair expense of USD 515.00 and a downtime cost of USD 1000.00 (8 days). The key was weld using ½ lb of Magna 303 1/8” according to the guidelines provided by the Magna’s technical expert, Mr. Leonardo Haichelis.
