Our application:
• Is a desktop application• Motivated by:• A high number of elderly people in the UK• Visual impairment associated with the age• Lack of mobility for elderly people to do basic
grocery shopping
Goals:
Tesco: Increase in sales on the online grocery shopping particularly by customers aged 55+.
Increase customer satisfaction by providing a specialized product

Tesco’s Expectations:
› To have a smooth integration with the new online grocery application inline with existing Tesco's grocery shopping website. › Increase customer loyalty from existing Tesco's elderly
customers. › Easy access to the application for the elderly through Tesco's
grocery website. › The needs of the customer are understood and fulfilled through
system report in Online Grocery Application.› Increase sales from online grocery shopping at Tesco by the
elderly target group with 3% within 1 year. › For the project to be up and running within 6 months and
become self –supportive within a year.
