Terms & Conditions: Eligibility

1. These terms and conditions govern the "Beli & Menang" Contest ("Contest"). By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the contest terms and conditions.

2. The Contest is organized by Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. ("Organizer"). The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above with a valid identification card except employees of TF Value-Mart Sdn. Bhd., the Organizer and their affiliated companies, i.e. Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. (CESB), Malaysia Milk Sdn. Bhd. (MMSB), distributors, advertising agencies, promotion firms and their immediate family members.

Contest Period 1. The Contest will run from 1 September 2017 till 31 October 2017. 2. Entries are open till 11.59pm on 31 October 2017. Entries received before the

Opening Date or after the Closing Date will not be accepted. 3. The Organizer shall not be responsible for late entries or any entries not received. 4. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss of data caused by computer

server issues and other technical faults that might arise during the Contest period.

Contest Mechanism 1. Participants must purchase the following participating MARIGOLD products of any

pack size and variant worth a minimum of RM10 in a single receipt: MARIGOLD Sweetened Creamer, MARIGOLD Evaporated Milk, MARIGOLD UHT Milk, MARIGOLD UHT Asian Drink, MARIGOLD UHT Fruit Drink and MARIGOLD UHT 100% Juice.

2. Type your full name, IC number, the correct answer and take a clear photo of the original purchase receipt.

3. Send the entry via WhatsApp or MMS from any locally registered mobile phone number to +6 011 3106 5587, a dedicated phone line set up by the Organizer to receive entries submitted by participants.

4. WhatsApp or MMS entries must be accompanied by a clear photo of the original purchase receipt with participant's full name, IC number and the answer to the question below: Question: MARIGOLD’s slogan in Bahasa Malaysia is “Untuk kesihatan. Untuk kehidupan.". True/False. Full name<space>IC Number<space>Answer

5. One valid purchase receipt is for one WhatsApp or MMS entry only. 6. Participants may send in as many entries as they wish, but each entry must be

accompanied by the photo of an original purchase receipt worth RM10 and above as the proof of purchase of participating MARIGOLD products at TF Value-Mart nationwide.

7. Keep the original receipt for verification purpose. Duplicate copy and photocopy of purchase receipt are not accepted.

Submission of Entries Via WhatsApp/MMS 1. The Organizer WILL NOT send any acknowledgement message for entries received

via WhatsApp and MMS. The Organizer SHALL NOT be held responsible for entries sent to the wrong number.

2. The Organizer WILL NOT entertain any enquiry made via WhatsApp or MMS to the dedicated line for this contest. All information, Contest terms and conditions can be obtained from the contest form and www.marigold.com.my.

3. Participants must submit their entries via WhatsApp or MMS. Any submission made through other means is deemed invalid.

4. The time of an entry sent via WhatsApp or MMS by a participant shall not be deemed as the time of receipt by the Organizer.

5. Participants will be charged for every message sent via MMS. The Organizer shall not reimburse the sum charged including Goods and Service Tax (GST) to the participants, if any.

Contest Language 1. All entries must be submitted in English or Bahasa Malaysia. Entries in other

languages will be disqualified automatically. 2. In the event of any inconsistencies and/or discrepancies between the English and

Bahasa Malaysia version of the contest terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. Participants are highly advised to visit the Organizer's website from time to time to ensure that they are aware of any updates and changes made.

Prizes and Selection of Winners

1. Prizes available for this contest are as follows: Grand Prize x 1: Panasonic Refrigerator worth RM2,000. First Prize x 5: Panasonic Multifunction Rice Cooker worth RM300. Second Prize x 10: Children's Scooter worth RM100. Third Prize x 20: TF Value-Mart Vouchers worth RM50.

2. Each eligible entry with the correct answer will be given a chance to win. At the end of the Contest Period, 36 winners will be selected from all the eligible entries received during the Contest Period through a computerized random selection.

3. The first (1st) name drawn will win the Grand Prize. The second till sixth (2nd till 6th) name drawn will win the First Prize. The seventh till sixteenth (7th till 16th) name drawn will win the Second Prize. The seventeenth till the thirty sixth (17th till 36th) name drawn will win the Third Prize.

4. Each participant is entitled to win one (1) prize only throughout the entire Contest Period.

5. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss of prizes due to inaccurate information given by the winners.

6. Incomplete entries (without full name/IC number/answer/illegible original purchase receipt) will not be considered for prize winning.

Announcement of Winners & Delivery of Prizes

1. All winners will be notified via WhatsApp or MMS. The list of winners will be announced in the Organizer’s website [www.marigold.com.my] on 8 December

2017. Winners must thereafter reply within seven (7) days. Failure to do so will result in them losing their eligibility and a new winner will be selected and notified.

2. All prizes must be redeemed within one (1) month from the date of notification. Prizes which are not redeemed within the aforementioned period will be forfeited.

3. On matters relating to prize redemption, the Organizer will contact and notify the winners on the date of delivery to the winners' residences except the Grand Prize of Panasonic Refrigerator, which the Organizer will issue a letter to the Grand Prize winner to redeem it at a nearby shop.

The Organizer's Rights

1. The Organizer reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and legible original receipt during prize redemption. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Organizer. The original receipt/GST invoice number must be the same as that of in the entry submitted via WhatsApp or MMS.

2. The Organizer has the right to verify the validity of any entry and reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the entry process, submitting an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions, duplicate or invalid entries, or if the participant is engaged in unlawful conduct that jeopardizes the fair and proper conduct of the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to review and vary the selection of winners contained herein at any time without prior notice.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with items of similar value. Prizes are not transferable or not exchangeable for cash.

4. The Organizer reserves the rights to use the names and photographs of the winners for advertising, publicity and marketing communication purposes without compensation or prior notice.

5. The participants hereby consent and authorize the Organizer to collect, process and keep the participants' personal details and to disclose them to the related parties who are involved in organizing the contest and this shall constitute the consent required under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

6. The judges’ decision is final. No correspondences thereafter relating to the Contest will be entertained.

Miscellaneous 1. All ancillary costs associated with the receipt or use of the prizes, whether direct or

indirect, including but not limited to charges, expenses, taxes, transportation costs, meals, insurance, visa, etc., are fully the sole responsibility of the participants.

Terma dan Syarat: Kelayakan

1. Peraturan-peraturan ini berkuat kuasa atas Peraduan “Beli & Menang” (“Peraduan”). Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, anda bersetuju untuk terikat kepada peraturan-peraturan ini.

2. Peraduan ini dianjurkan oleh Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. (“Penganjur”). Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua warganegara Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas dengan No. KP yang sah kecuali kakitangan TF Value-Mart Sdn. Bhd., Penganjur termasuk ahli keluarga Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. (CESB), Malaysia Milk Sdn. Bhd. (MMSB), pengedar, agensi pengiklanan dan syarikat promosi jualan serta ahli keluarga terdekat mereka.

Tempoh Peraduan

1. Peraduan ini akan bermula dari 1 September 2017 hingga 31 Oktober 2017. 2. Penyertaan akan diterima sehingga jam 11.59 malam pada 31 Oktober 2017.

Penyertaan yang diterima sebelum Tarikh Mula atau selepas Tarikh Tutup tidak akan diterima.

3. Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab sekiranya penyertaan tidak diterima atau lewat diterima.

4. Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kehilangan data akibat isu pelayan komputer dan masalah teknikal lain yang mungkin timbul dalam tempoh Peraduan.

Mekanisme Peraduan

1. Peserta mesti membeli produk MARIGOLD yang turut serta bernilai minimum RM10 dalam satu resit pembelian untuk sebarang saiz pek dan aneka perisa seperti berikut: Krimer Manis MARIGOLD, Susu Sejat MARIGOLD, Susu UHT MARIGOLD, Minuman Asia UHT MARIGOLD, Minuman Buah-buahan UHT MARIGOLD dan 100% Jus UHT MARIGOLD.

2. Taipkan nama penuh, No. KP, jawapan yang betul dan ambil gambar resit pembelian asal yang jelas.

3. Hantarkan penyertaan melalui aplikasi WhatsApp atau MMS daripada sebarang nombor telefon bimbit tempatan ke +6 011 3106 5587, iaitu talian khas yang disediakan oleh Penganjur untuk menerima penyertaan-penyertaan yang dihantar oleh para peserta.

4. Penyertaan WhatsApp atau MMS mesti disertakan dengan gambar resit pembelian asal yang jelas dengan nama penuh, No. KP dan jawab satu soalan seperti berikut: Soalan: Cogan kata MARIGOLD ialah “Untuk kesihatan. Untuk kehidupan.". Betul/Salah. Nama Penuh<jarak>No. KP<jarak>Jawapan

5. Satu resit pembelian sah untuk satu penyertaan WhatsApp atau MMS sahaja. 6. Peserta boleh menghantarkan seberapa banyak penyertaan tetapi setiap

penyertaan mesti disertakan dengan gambar resit pembelian asal bernilai RM10 dan ke atas sebagai bukti pembelian produk MARIGOLD yang turut serta di TF Value-Mart di seluruh Malaysia.

7. Simpan resit pembelian asal untuk tujuan pengesahan/semakan. Salinan resit pembelian dan resit pembelian cetak semula tidak akan diterima.

Penghantaran Penyertaan WhatsApp/MMS

1. Penganjur TIDAK AKAN menghantar laporan pengakuan untuk penyertaan WhatsApp atau MMS yang diterima. Penganjur TIDAK AKAN bertanggungjawab atas sebarang penghantaran penyertaan ke nombor yang salah.

2. Penganjur TIDAK AKAN melayan sebarang pertanyaan yang dihantar melalui WhatsApp atau MMS ke nombor talian Peraduan ini. Semua maklumat, terma dan syarat Peraduan boleh diperoleh dalam risalah penyertaan dan www.marigold.com.my

3. Peserta mesti menghantarkan setiap penyertaan melalui WhatsApp atau MMS. Sebarang penghantaran yang dibuat melalui pengantara lain tidak akan dianggap sah.

4. Masa penghantaran penyertaan WhatsApp atau MMS oleh peserta tidak menandakan masa penerimaan oleh Penganjur.

5. Peserta akan dicaj bayaran untuk menghantar setiap mesej MMS. Penganjur tidak akan membayar balik kepada peserta caj yang dikenakan termasuk Cukai Barang dan Perkhidmatan (GST), jika ada.

Bahasa Peraduan

1. Semua penyertaan mesti dibuat dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan/atau Bahasa Malaysia. Penyertaan dalam bahasa lain akan hilang kelayakan secara automatik.

2. Jika terdapat sebarang terma dan syarat yang tidak konsisten dan/atau kelainan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, maka versi Bahasa Inggeris akan digunakan. Peserta amat dinasihatkan supaya melayari laman web Penganjur dari masa ke masa untuk memastikan mereka menyedari sebarang perkembangan dan perubahan yang dibuat.

Hadiah dan Proses Pemilihan Pemenang

1. Hadiah-hadiah untuk dimenangi seperti berikut: Hadiah Utama x 1: Peti Sejuk Panasonic bernilai RM2,000. Hadiah Pertama x 5: Pemasak Nasi Multifungsi Panasonic bernilai RM300. Hadiah Kedua x 10: Skuter Kanak-kanak bernilai RM100. Hadiah Ketiga x 20: Baucar TF Value-Mart bernilai RM50.

2. Setiap penyertaan yang layak dengan jawapan yang betul akan diberikan satu peluang. Pada penghujung tempoh Peraduan, 36 pemenang akan dipilih daripada kesemua penyertaan Peraduan yang layak dan diterima dalam tempoh Peraduan melalui pemilihan rawak berkomputer.

3. Nama pertama (1) yang dipilih akan dianugerahkan Hadiah Utama. Nama kedua hingga enam (2 hingga 6) yang dipilih akan dianugerahkan Hadiah Pertama. Nama ketujuh hingga enam belas (7 hingga 16) yang dipilih akan dianugerahkan Hadiah Kedua. Nama ketujuh belas hingga tiga puluh enam (17 hingga 36) yang dipilih akan dianugerahkan Hadiah Ketiga.

4. Setiap peserta hanya layak memenangi satu (1) hadiah sahaja sepanjang tempoh Peraduan ini.

5. Penganjur tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan atas sebarang kehilangan hadiah akibat sebarang maklumat yang tidak betul yang diberikan oleh pemenang.

6. Penyertaan yang tidak lengkap (tiada nama penuh/No. KP/jawapan/resit pembelian asal yang tidak jelas) tidak akan dipertimbangkan untuk memenangi hadiah.

Pengumuman Pemenang dan Penghantaran Hadiah

1. Semua pemenang akan menerima pemberitahuan melalui WhatsApp atau MMS dan senarai pemenang akan diumumkan di laman web [www.marigold.com.my] pada 8 Disember 2017. Selepas itu, para pemenang akan dikehendaki membalas dalam tempoh tujuh (7) hari. Kegagalan berbuat demikian akan menyebabkan seseorang pemenang hilang kelayakan dan seorang pemenang baru akan dipilih dan dimaklumkan.

2. Semua hadiah mesti dituntut dalam tempoh satu (1) bulan dari tarikh pemberitahuan. Semua hadiah yang gagal dituntut dalam tempoh tersebut akan dibatalkan.

3. Untuk maklumat mengenai pengambilan hadiah-hadiah, Penganjur akan menghubungi dan memaklumkan para pemenang mengenai tarikh penghantaran hadiah ke rumah masing-masing kecuali Hadiah Utama Peti Sejuk Panasonic di mana Penganjur akan memberikan surat kepada pemenang Hadiah Utama untuk mendapatkan hadiah di kedai yang berdekatan.

Hak Penganjur

1. Penganjur berhak meminta pemenang untuk mengemukakan bukti identiti dan resit pembelian asal yang jelas pada waktu pengambilan hadiah. Bukti identiti yang dianggap sesuai untuk pengesahan adalah tertakluk pada budi bicara Penganjur. Nombor resit pembelian asal/invois cukai GST mesti sepadan seperti yang dikemukakan dalam penyertaan WhatsApp atau MMS.

2. Penganjur berhak mengesahkan kesahihan mana-mana penyertaan dan berhak melucutkan kelayakan mana-mana peserta yang mengubah proses penyertaan, menghantar penyertaan yang tidak menurut terma dan syarat, penyertaan berulang atau tidak sah, atau jika peserta terlibat dalam kegiatan yang menyalahi undang-undang dan menjejaskan pengendalian peraduan yang adil dan betul. Penganjur berhak atas budi bicara mutlaknya untuk menyemak dan mengubah proses pemilihan pemenang hadiah yang terkandung di sini pada bila-bila masa tanpa memberi notis terlebih dahulu.

3. Penganjur berhak menggantikan sebarang hadiah dengan sebarang item yang lebih kurang sama nilainya. Semua hadiah tidak boleh ditukar milik atau diganti dengan wang tunai.

4. Penganjur berhak menggunakan nama dan/atau foto para pemenang bagi tujuan pengiklanan, publisiti dan komunikasi pemasaran tanpa memberi sebarang pampasan atau pemberitahuan.

5. Para peserta dengan ini memberi persetujuan dan keizinan kepada Penganjur untuk mengumpul, memproses dan menyimpan butiran peribadi peserta dan mendedahkannya kepada pihak yang mengendalikan peraduan ini dan ini membentuk kebenaran yang diwajibkan di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010.

6. Keputusan pengadil adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat berhubung dengan Peraduan ini tidak akan dilayani.

Lain-lain

1. Semua kos sampingan yang dikaitkan dengan penerimaan atau penggunaan hadiah, sama ada secara langsung atau tidak langsung, termasuk tetapi tidak

terhad kepada caj, perbelanjaan, cukai, kos pengangkutan, makanan, insurans, visa dan lain-lain lagi, adalah tanggungjawab peserta sepenuhnya.
