TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN RESPECT OF K11 MUSEA 2019 CHRISTMAS LUCKY DRAW 1. Applicable Activity By participating in the K11 MUSEA 2019 CHRISTMAS LUCKY DRAW organized by K11 Loyalty Program Limited (“K11”) as set out in clause 2 below (the “Instant Lucky Draw”), a participant is deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the Instant Lucky Draw. 2. 1. Applicable Activity
By participating in the K11 MUSEA 2019 CHRISTMAS LUCKY DRAW organized by K11 Loyalty Program Limited
(“K11”) as set out in clause 2 below (the “Instant Lucky Draw”), a participant is deemed to have read,
understood and agreed to the terms and conditions applicable to the Instant Lucky Draw.
2. Details of the Instant Lucky Draw
(a) Eligibility to Participate in the Instant Lucky Draw
The Instant Lucky Draw is only open to KLUB 11 Pre-members, Gold Card Members, Black Card Members and
Black Vantage Members. From 10:00a.m., 22 November 2019 to 10:00p.m., 1 January 2020 (the “Promotion
Period”), KLUB 11 Pre-members, Gold Card Members, Black Card Members and Black Vantage Members may
participate in the Instant Lucky Draw once per day by registering KLUB Points at KLUB 11 Koncierge which is
located at 4/F K11 MUSEA with one Eligible Receipt or a combination of not more than two Eligible Receipts
with a total spending amount of not less than HKD5,000, and join the Instant Lucky Draw on the same day
which the Eligible Receipt(s) is (are) issued.
(The participants in the Instant Lucky Draw are referred to as the “Participants”.)
(b) KLUB 11 Member Registration
(i) Pre-Membership
General shoppers can sign up for Pre-Member by shopping at K11 MUSEA or K11 Art Mall with purchase of
HKD50 or above. Pre-membership can be upgraded to Gold Card Membership if the spending accumulates
to HKD8,000 within 30 days or make a same-day-purchase of HKD5,000 or above.
(ii) Gold Card Membership
Gold Card Membership in Hong Kong is offered to individuals who make a same-day purchase of HKD5,000
or above.
(iii) Black Card Membership
By invitation only.
(iv) Black Vantage Membership
By invitation only.
(v) Registration Method
Visit KLUB 11 Koncierge on 4/F K11 MUSEA or 3/F K11 Art Mall, or register via ‘K11 HK’ Mobile App
(iOS/Android) with completed enrollment form together and the original merchant computer printed
payment receipt. The corresponding electronic payment receipt for single spending of HKD500 or above is
required.
(c) Instant Lucky Draw Restriction
For the avoidance of doubt, a Participant can only participate in the Instant Lucky Draw once per day
regardless of the total amount of spending evidenced by the Eligible Receipts.
(d) Joining the Instant Lucky Draw
(1) K11 will check the eligibility of Participants to participate in the Instant Lucky Draw.
(2) To participate in the Instant Lucky Draw, each Participant must:
(i) play a screen touch digital game; and
(ii) the Participant will win a prize randomly assigned by playing the game.

3. Special Terms and Conditions applicable to the Instant Lucky Draw
(a) Terms Used
(1) Electronic Money
“Electronic Money” means credit cards, debit cards, Android Pay, Apply Pay, Samsung Pay, WeChat Pay, Tap
& Go, Alipay payment slip, Quick Pass and Octopus cards.
(2) Eligible Receipt
An “Eligible Receipt” means:
i. a machine-printed receipt issued by a merchant in K11 MUSEA on the same date as making redemption for
an Eligible Transaction; and
ii. a relevant Electronic Money payment slip bearing the name of the person seeking to participate in the Instant
Lucky Draw, if applicable.
iii. K11 does not accept any photocopies or hand-written receipts and reserves the right not to accept any
receipts that K11 suspects to be invalid, forged, issued not for genuine transactions or on other grounds
without any explanation.
(3) Eligible Transaction
An “Eligible Transaction” means a consumer transaction paid by Electronic Money between the Participant
and a merchant at K11 MUSEA but excludes: i. any single spending below HKD50;
ii. Purchase of cash vouchers, gift cards or coupons, stored value cards or pre-paid cards; iii. Payments using rebate promotion coupons and cash vouchers provided and issued by the
Participating Merchants; iv. Adding value to Octopus cards, stored value cards or pre-paid cards; v. Currency exchange;
vi. Any transaction at Hyatt Regency Hotel, K11 ARTUS, and Rosewood Hong Kong; vii. Any transactions at Victoria Playpark;
viii. Any bank transactions; ix. Charity donations; x. Any bill payment (including but not limited to payment of telecommunication or utility bills);
and xi. Any other transaction between the Member and any merchant at K11 MUSEA as specified by
K11 from time to time (with or without prior notice).
(b) Place of Redemption
The redemption counter set out above shall be at KLUB 11 Koncierge, 4/F of K11 MUSEA or another counter
that K11 may designate from time to time.
(c) Copying Eligible Receipts
K11 has the right to make an electronic copy of each Eligible Receipt presented to K11 in the course of
redemption and to keep the electronic copies for audit purpose.
(d) Marking on Receipts
K11 has the right to make any marks on each Eligible Receipt presented to K11 in the course of redemption.
The Eligible Receipt marked by K11 cannot be used for participating in the Instant Lucky Draw again.
(e) Verification of Identity
(i) The Participant shall present his or her identification document (e.g. Hong Kong Identity Card and
passport) and the corresponding Participant’s Eligible Receipt for inspection at the time of prize
collection.
(ii) If any winner is a person below 18 year of age (i.e. a minor), he/she must be accompanied by his/her
parent(s), guardian(s) or custodian(s) in order to collect the prize. Such parent(s), guardian(s) or
custodian(s) must produce documentary evidence to prove his/her/their capacity as such (e.g. birth
certificate of the minor, legal documents evidencing his/her guardianship or custodianship,
identification document of such parent(s), guardian(s) or custodian(s) and such other documents as
reasonably requested by K11).
(f) Personal Data
All personal data collected by K11 from Participants (exclude those participants who agree to join KLUB 11
membership) will only be used for all purposes relating to the Instant Lucky Draw and will not be used for any
other purposes without the consent of the Participant.
(g) No Exchange
All prizes of the Instant Lucky Draw cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts.
(i) The gifts are subject to applicable terms and conditions.
(ii) The KLUB 11 K DOLLARS will be granted to KLUB 11 members subject to applicable terms and conditions
and will be credited to their members’ accounts within 4 – 6 weeks after promotion period with validity
until 30 Jun 2020.
(h) No Liability
K11 does not warrant that the prizes are of any merchantable quality or fit for any purposes. K11 disclaims
all liability in relation to the prizes, and the Participants shall waive all his or her rights and interest, if any, of
any natures to pursue against K11.
(i) Exclusion of the Employees of Merchants and K11
To ensure fairness, the employees of K11 and the staff of the merchants in K11 MUSEA who are wearing
company uniform or wearing their staff card at the material time cannot participate in the Instant Lucky Draw.
4. General Terms and Conditions applicable to the Instant Lucky Draw
(a) Interpretation
K11 has the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of K11 shall be
final and binding on all parties concerned.
(b) English Version Prevails
The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions are for reference only. In case of discrepancies between
the provisions of the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
(c) Governing Laws
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
