Today is Assembly, a report from the Assembly will be in next weeks newsletter. District Swimming Carnival Congratulations to our participants in yesterdays District Swimming Carnival at the Goulburn Aquatic Centre. Isaac and Stephanie proudly represented Tarago PS and the combined small schools. Well Done !! Heat Wave We are experiencing a final blast of heat from Summer. Please ensure that your child has plenty to drink on these very warm days. INFORMATION AFTERNOON Next Tuesday 1 st March 2016 at 3.30 pm the P and C is holding an information afternoon for all parents, caregivers and grandparents, especially those new to the school. This afternoon is about letting parents know what is happening in the school this term and is also a fantastic opportunity to meet Mr Katen and Miss Winkler who will let everyone know what is happening in the primary and infants class. This will be a chance to meet other parents etc. that are in your child’s class and perhaps put some names to faces. It is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the school. Children are welcome to stay after school and smaller siblings can come along too. There will be afternoon tea provided. Please come along, everyone is most welcome. If you are interested in teaching your children to save money, why not think about Student Banking. It is simple & easy to set up. For information just contact the school Office. Banking day is Thursday. Head lice Head lice has appeared at school, please check your children's hair and if infested please treat immediately. Nit Busters is a product that is recommended for the treatment of head lice. Also, your local Chemist can offer a solution. Please be vigilant. Thick white conditioner, the old tried and true method, is still a good option.

District Swimming Carnival

News from the Primary Room

On Monday we continued harvesting our vegetables from our garden. Tomorrow we will be making Vietnamese Rolls using some of our very own vegetables.

We also listened to Vivaldi’s Four Seasons whilst creating beautiful artworks that will be featured in next week’s newsletter.
