Term 1 Week 2 Newsletter 1 8th February 2018
PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE
It’s good to be home. We are back to another year and I am amazed (but not surprised) at the way our students have made it such a smooth start. There have been some changes to our staff this year and some changing roles. Apart from my appointment as Principal we have Mrs Smith joining us as a transfer from Condoblin and Miss McGill who is joining us for the year. Our structure this year will be: Kinder Kristel Smith 1/2 Kathryn McGill 3/4 Mark Cridland 5/6 Gail Robinson Learning Support/Library/RFF Ralph Hieke Student Learning Support Officer Sonia Parkinson School Administration Manager Sue Jordan School Administration Officer Maxine Creek General Assistant Leo Jordan School Chaplain Sarah Findlay School Counsellor Katerina Gavriloska There a few tears to go with the crowd of proud parents last week as our new Kindergarten stu-dents began their journey through big school. They have settled into our routines quickly and from what I hear are eating up everything that they have been learning in class. I must admit to feeling a little useless at the swimming carnival last week with the outstanding behaviour of our students. What made me even prouder was the effort they all put into their swimming, cheering and support for their sporting houses. Have a great week! Mark Cridland Principal
