Terex® Jaques Apron Feeder

Main Frame: Fully bolted and dowelled four-piece heavy duty structure.

Both the front and rear frames are high strength cast steel with the side

plates produced from high strengh structural plate.

Flexible Installation: Options that allow the mounting feet to be fitted in various

positions.

Infinitely Variable Closed Side Setting Adjustment:

Through hydraulic actuated wedge.

Jaws Retention: Both the fixed and moving jaws are retained with a wedge

locking system. The main frame and swing jaw holder are protected from wear

due to the unique design of the jaw faces that completely protect the inlet and

outlet points of the crushing chamber.

Swing Jaw Holder: Fully enclosed section cast steel construction.

Jaws: Corrugated manganese jaws are reversible top to bottom.

Toggle: Rocking end design

Main Shaft: Large diameter manufactured from forged steel with no threads or

tapered bearing journals.

The JW World Jaw Crusher provides the latest technology in

heavy duty crusher design that delivers high production,

infinite setting adjustment, large feed opening, bolted

mainframe, cast swing jaw holder and optional positional of

the crusher support feet to suit installation requirements,

mobile and fixed plant mounting.

This crusher is designed to handle hard rock, ores and

demolition concrete for the quarrying, mining and recycling

industries.
