TENDER OM KONTANTKROEG FASILITEITE TE VERSKAF TENDER FOR PROVIDING CASH BAR FACILITIES AALWYNFEES – ALOE FESTIVAL – 27 SEPTEMBER 2013 Tenders kan vanaf 1 Junie 2013 tot 31 Julie 2013 by die Albertinia Toerismekantoor ingedien word. Vroeë aansoeke - en inwoners van Albertinia - sal voorkeur geniet. Aansoekers is verantwoordelik vir alle amptelike dokumentasie benodig, insluitend die verkryging van die paslike dranklesensie. Die kontantkroeg moet teen 17h00 die aand van 27 September opgerig wees en teen 18h00 voledig toegerus wees. Ontruiming, insluitend skoonmaak van die kroeg area – moet teen 02h00, op 27 September voltooi wees tot goedgekeuring van die projekspan Die suksesvolle tenderaar sal geriewe moet verskaf om alle drank te bedien, teen aanvaarbare pryse (wat aan die projekspan vooraf voorgelê is). Geriewe soos verkoelin, glase en ys. Die Projekspan sal teen 10 Augustus 2013 die suksesvolle tenderaar in kennis stel. Tenders can be delivered to the Albertinia Tourism office from 1 June 2013 to 31 July 2013. Early applications – and Albertinia locals – will enjoy preference. Applicants are responsible for all official documentation required, including the successful acquisition of the applicable liquor licence. The cash bar must be erected by 17h00 on evening of 27 September and be fully equipped by 18h00. The tent must be cleared and the immediate area cleaned, to the satisfaction of the project team, by 02h00, on 27 September. The successful applicant must provide facilities to supply all alcohol, at acceptable prices, (which must be presented to the project team in advance). Facilities, including cooling,ice and glasses. The Project team will inform the successful applicant by 10 August 2013.
