In this case a separate demand draft of Rs. 200/- (tender document fees) in favour of AO (Cash) BSNL GM U.P Circle, Agra issued by nationalized/scheduled bank has to be submitted along with the technical bid, otherwise the bid will be cancelled. on 22.11.2011 and will be opened at 14.30 hrs on the same day. The GM, BSNL, U.P Circle reserves the right to cancel or postpone the tender without assigning any reason.
