To kids (and even some adults) the laws of God are seen as restrictions on our freedom. Many kids are never taught them, or simply don't understand what they mean for them in their own life. This manga style coloring book explores the ten commandments from the unique perspective of the child's everyday life. One of the most important aspects in living the laws of God is understanding that they are given to us by God out of love. They are a privilege to be able to live, and keeping them makes us better persons. The activities also make the association for the child between the laws of God and the forgiveness Jesus offers in the Sacrament of Reconciliation through a "Pocket Prep" for the sacrament. Ages 9—11
