m a r v e l o u s name of Jesus, our captain and soon-coming King. Biblical priority is
something that is important to us. Being so, we will show its importance by our deeds; and demonstrate it by our works. For l ov e i s a f u n d a m e n ta l characteristic of who God is. We need a relationship with God in order to follow His commandments to love, as stated in 1 John 3:11, “For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.” Indeed, sometimes it's difficult loving some people, yet this is what the Bible commands. I Corinthians 13:3 states, “If I donate all of my goods to feed the poor, and if I give my body in order to boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing.” When Jesus spoke to the disciples regarding the first a n d s e c o n d g r e a t e s t commandments, He explained
that "all the law and prophets" d e p e n d o n t h e s e t w o commands (Matthew 22:40). If we love Him, we will keep His commandments. Yet, Jesus also said, "I give you a new commandment that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another(John13:34). The Apostle Paul goes on to tell us, “love worketh no ill" to his neighbor. Therefore, love is the fulfilling of the law. When doing unto others as we would they do to us, then we demonstrate Christian love. It distinguishes us from the rest of the world. Jesus goes on to say: by this, all people will know that you are my disciples, if ye have love one for another (John 13:35). We don’t have to wear tee shirts or signs on our cars. From the beginning, God's plan was to develop a people that reflects his character, the character of love. Let's shine for our Lord and God. Amen

Temple Elders Speak … Elder Burnett Adams, Jr.
Staying the Course God's blessings be upon you my brothers and sisters in the Lord. It is with great honor I'm writing unto you. We are praying that we all will contend for the faith that was once delivered unto the saints as per Jude's writings in the scripture. Apostle Paul said therefore knowing the terror of the Lord, we persuade men of the grace and judgement of God. For we are made manifest unto God and certainly trust that also we are made manifest in your consciences. Apostle Paul wrote these words to the Corinthians in the second epistle, reminding the people of God of his deep reverence for God and his love for the Word of God. Apostle Paul loved God sincerely from his heart and he wanted the people, wherever he preached the gospel, to really get to know God. He was very concerned about doctrinal defections coming into the church. He fought a good fight of faith and ended his course with standing and staying the course for God. I believe that God is looking for that same type of dedication and faith today from His church. Today we are certainly in a challenge for Truth throughout the land. The task and responsibility of
the church is growing much more demanding as we see the times changing and pointing to the soon coming of the Lord. Please, we must redeem the time and stay the course for truth, godliness, honesty, righteousness, and true holiness. Having done all to stand for God still requires that we stay the course. When we do this, we can say as the Apostle Paul said, "I have fought a good fight and I have finished my course, I have kept the faith" (II Timothy 4:7). May the blessings of God be upon each of you as we fight to keep the faith and stay the course in Jesus. AMEN.
NO GREATER LOVE Written by: DAVID L. ALLEN
Lyrics © H/B WEBMAN & CO.
Jesus went to calvary To save a wretch Like you and me
That's love, that's love
They hung him high They stretched him wide
He hung his head, and then he died That's love, that's love
That's not how the story ends Three days later he rose again
That's love, that's love
There is no greater love There is no greater love There is no greater love
No greater love
1 Corinthians 13:4-5 (KJV)
“4 Charity suffereth long, and is kind; charity envieth not; charity vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up,
5 Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil;
6 Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; 7 Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things,
endureth all things. 8 Charity never faileth: but whether there be prophecies, they shall fail; whether there be tongues, they shall cease; whether
there be knowledge, it shall vanish away. 9 For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.
10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.
11 When I was a child, I spake as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child: but when I became a man, I put
away childish things.
12 For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as
also I am known. 13 And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.“
May God bless you always. His LOVE is AMAZING.!

Temple Men Speak … by Deacon Jose Brown
“Love Triumphs Over Hate” Praise the Lord and Blessings! On February 14th, many of us will celebrate Valentine’s Day. We will be expressing our love for one another in many ways, such as cards, candies, flowers, notes, e-mails, texts, tweets, and other forms of expressions. While all these expressions are fine, they cannot compare to God’s endless love. When I think of the true meaning of God’s love, it’s an everlasting love that is expressed daily and throughout the year, not just on Valentine’s Day. In this life, we must do all the good that we can for others in order to win souls for Christ. First and foremost, we do this by remembering that we too were once sinners and were saved by God’s grace. We must not focus on a person’s gender, race, religion or ethnic background, or even how they dress. It is essential that our lives be a light that draws individuals, not a stumbling block that prevents them from coming to Christ. As Pastor Beanum often reminds us, “Only what we do for Him, being Jesus Christ, will last.”
Saints, we’re ambassadors for Christ. As Peter stated, “Look on us…” because the world sees us. And when they see us, they should see nothing but Jesus Christ, his love and righteousness. Today, we can see the signs of judgment all around us. Throughout the world, and within our own country, people are divided by hatred, envy, strife and violence. We (being the church) must follow God’s commandment of having love for one another. According to John 13:34, “A new commandment I give unto you, that ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that you are my disciples.” Also, in Matthew 5:44, the scripture reminds us to: “Love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them that despitefully use you, and persecute you.” Jesus makes the difference and His love is second to none. Again, I am reminded of God’s word in Romans 13: 10 in which He teaches us that love worked no ill toward his neighbor; therefore, love is the fulfilling of the law. God loved us so much that he looked beyond our faults and saw our needs. In this life many will tell us how much they love us, but God’s unconditional love supersedes all of those accolades. He made the ultimate sacrifice through His death in order to save us from our sins. He laid down His life, picked it back up, then led captivity captive and took the sting out of death. He didn’t have to do it but He did! Remember God’s love and His ultimate sacrifice! Happy Valentine’s Day! And God’s blessing and love to you all.
Happy Valent ine ’s Day. . .Everyday! !

Caregivers often spend money on themselves last
https://shellybeachonline.wordpress.com/
They frequently defer their desires for the sake of their loved ones. If you know a caregiver—and you do—take a minute to think about how you could make their life a bit easier and brighten their day.
1. Pay someone to help with yard work 2. Make sure their car receives regular
maintenance 3. Bless them with gift cards for groceries and
gas 4. Offer respite care to and spend time with
their loved one 5. Offer your hot tub, pool, cabin, or basement
apartment as respite space 6. Read with their loved one once a week so
they can get a break 7. Spoil them with a manicure, pedicure, or
spa day 8. Take them out for lunch 9. Call them regularly and let them talk 10. Make sure they are included in social
activities and make sure their loved one is taken care of
11. Offer to pay for grocery delivery 12. Ask them what support looks like to them
and how you can help 13. Learn about their loved one’s illness and
how to interact meaningfully with them 14. Remember their birthday, anniversary, and
holiday—especially if their loved one cannot
15. Learn how to advocate for your caregiver friend and their loved one
16. Listen with compassion and empathy and without the need to provide easy answers
17. Bring groceries or pre-made meals 18. Help create a circle of support 19. Pray for your friend and their loved one 20. Be faithful in love and persistent in
kindness Most importantly, be a faithful friend who advocates for YOUR friend’s health and welfare. Encourage them to take care of themselves and make healthy choices. This will mean taking time for much-needed respite. It will also mean encouraging them through moments of false guilt and sitting with them as they grieve seemingly endless losses.
