William A. Burham Memorial Fund Research Grant

a. Description – The William A. Burnham Memorial Fund, administered by The Peregrine Fund, was established in memory of William Burnham who was President of The Peregrine Fund and served with the organization from 1974 through his death in 2006. Prairie Biotic Research Small Grant

a. Description – The Prairie Biotic Research (PBR) group funds individuals with up to $1000 a year to support the study of any species in U.S. prairies and savannas. a. Description – The Oklahoma City Zoo & Botanical Garden is committed to supporting imperiled species, habitats and their surrounding communities through conservation, research and education. American Society of Primatologists (ASP) Conservationist Award

a. Description – These awards and grants, funded from the ASP Conservation Fund, are a mechanism to recognize deserving students, including those from primate habitat countries - countries with native primate fauna. Former U.S. ambassadors and other senior officials have been presented this award, giving it good publicity and high prestige. Applicants must demonstrate potential for making significant and continuing contributions to primate conservation.
