FacetoFace Ministries provides opportunities to encounter Christ and embrace the call to be saints through our various retreats, camps, and conferences. We witness God moving in powerful ways through all our programming.

Hosting ResponsibilitiesFacetoFace Ministries strives for excellence with all our retreats and events. To help us achieve this we ask the follow requirements of the host parish:

Read the Youth Retreat Manual and sign the agreement.• The manual includes details on how to book a retreat, host responsibilities, retreat elements, and advertising ideas.

Send a letter of invitation from the pastor • Including a non-refundable $500 deposit

Provide a suitable host location, like a parish, school, or hall.

FacetoFace Youth Retreats began in 1999 and over the years have grown and developed into the weekend retreat we see today.

Youth Retreat PurposeThe purpose of a FacetoFace Youth Retreat is to provide opportunities for initial and ongoing encounters with Christ. Youth are also encour-aged and challenged to strive for sainthood.The weekend retreats are focused around the sacraments where youth can encounter Christ in a tangible way. Other highlights are often prayer ministry, great fun and laughter, practi-cal Catholic teaching, and the fellowship of other like-minded youth.Youth Retreats engage youth in a unique way that can kick start and compliment parish youth ministry programs.

Youth Retreat CostsFacetoFace Ministries tries to keep all programs and events affordable while justly paying our employees. Costs of Youth Retreats are as fol-lows:

Weekend Youth Retreat• $2000 + mileage

Weekend Youth Retreat - with Adult Track• $2300 + mileageAdults will have two of their own sessions and be together with the youth for two sessions. Small groups are always separate.

Participant FeeParishes will often charge a participant fee of $25 to $35 for the weekend to help recover costs.• At $30/participant you will need 67 people to cover the retreat cost. Parishes who do a good job of advertising often break even after all expenses.

FacetoFace Retreat TeamFacetoFace Ministries brings in a team of 6 to 8 trained young adults to lead Youth Retreats. These individuals facilitate the entire weekend including the talks, testimonies, praise and worship, prayer ministry, and activities.
