Pop-up Instructions1. Print out Template 1, 2 and 3 in landscape mode.
2. Design and color in Templates 1 and 2, then cut them out on all solid lines.
3. Fold the layout on Template 2 and fold a sheet of construction paper in half. Open the sheets, place the layout in the center, line up the folds and glue in place.
5. Use a glue stick to glue the head tab over the grey space marked “glue head tab here.”
Materials Scissors, Glue Stick, Construction Paper, Coloring Supplies, Tape
4. Fold along all dotted lines of the horse in Template 1. Make sure the neck line is in a valley fold position (See “Terms”).
6. Slide the ear onto the horse, in the direction of the arrow, so that the space marked “A” overlaps “B.” Tape down.

7. For the shoulders: valley fold and glue together the spaces marked and Repeate on other side. 8. Mountain fold the body tabs and glue them to the grey areas marked “glue body tabs here” on the layout.
9. Glue the space to the area on the layout Template marked “glue here.” Repeat for the other side.
11. Use a glue stick to glue the ribbon banner tabs behind the horse’s hooves.
12. Show o� your Pop-up!

10. Match the curves of each leg with its shoulder. Use a glue stick to glue the leg tabs to the horse. (See Figure 1 for positioning)
