(2) The Writerhereby warrants tha the said work is his sole, exclusive and originalwork, thathe has full rightand power to nake the vithinagreement, and that thereexists no adverse claim toor in the said work, which is free fromall liens anden cu mbran ces vhafsoever.(3) In consideration of thisAgreemenL, Lhe Publisher agrees Lo pay Lhe Writer,joincly,the followingroyalties:(a) $0,)0 per copy, in respec[ of regular piano copies and/or orchestrations, sold inthe United S[aLes ancl for whichthe Publisher received payment,(b) )0% of the net amount received by the Publislrer, in respec[ of any licensesissued authorizing themanufacture of parts of insLrumenLsserving to rnechanicallyreproduce said workson phonograph records in the United States, Caada, adMexico.Phonograph records, as used in this agreemen, is meant to refer Lo al|auralreproducions used for comraercial distribu[ion,includingbut not limitedto tapes,cassetles, and compact laser discs,(c) 10% of the net amount received by the Publisher, in respect of regular pianocopies and/or orchestralions sold and paid for in any foreigncountry,
