Tell about yourself. - My nickname is Jz. I love Pitbull music but when it comes to work I am dedicated, hardworking, and enjoy’s working with people. And in my previous job I have known to myself that human resource management is my true passion. So it is a pleasure for me to have the position of Recruitment Assistant so I can express my knowledge, skills and commitment to excellence in your respectful company. Strengths and Weakness - The only weakness I can see in myself is my eye sight coz I am near sighted but I don’t see it as an obstacle in my line of work coz I got plenty of contact lens that medicates my eye. While in my greatest strengths I am proudly to say that I’m good in leadership, interacting with people and multitasking. Stress - Actually I react to situations, rather than to stress. So in that way, the situation is handled and doesn't become stressful. Yourself or team - I prefer teamwork, but I have no issues working independently. Why do you want to work with us? - Aside from my skills suits the position. I believe that this organization will provide me an opportunity to enhance my knowledge and help me grow professionally. Other candidates - I'm hard working, honest, dynamic and easy learner. And I promise to give good satisfaction to the company by my work. 3 reasons I can do the work and deliver exceptional results.
