Case Study: Telesystem’s value proposition to partners is that our product set and delivery methods lead to partners winning big in the mid and enterprise market sectors. In the summer of 2017, Telesystem provided a comprehensive, single invoice, coax aggregation/Hosted VoIP Solution for a national food retailer. The client is utilizing 1,400+ compliant hosted PBX stations across 200+ locations in 31 states, with 4G LTE Wireless for backup (with SLA) at each location. Telesystem’s circuit management portal fully manages bandwidth using our own Ethernet as well as seven different coax providers, giving the customer one solution with one support interface. The total commission paid to the partner including SPIFFs and residual will be slightly in excess of $1,125,000.

Case Study: Telesystem provided service to a high school after it had been attacked by a student-inflicted DDoS event. The attack, perpetuated by a disgruntled student, disrupted an online standard testing across the entire district. The existing MSO ISP identified the source, but would not resolve the problem until significant non-recurring charges were paid (in excess of $20,000). Telesystem’s solution is in-line with our network and always-on to detect and block DDoS attacks. Unlike many of our competitors, our DDoS mitigation solution is reimbursable by ERATE based on the inclusive nature of the product.
