    department%% classes to be located in the same premises as

    elementary school "P ;,P# and to ha*e separate desi'nated

    space and ambience% $his is to ensure that small children aresecure and ha*e their on identity and space%% $he school hour should be di?% $here shall be no school ba' for carryin' any prescribed

    attention are as follosG*& )ut of a total of 18581 primary schools there are 9538 primary

    schools "i%e 50D of primary schools# ha*in' not more than 40

    children causin' asta'e of resources and ineHciency in deli*ery of

    education%**& n 245 schools there are no children enrolled% ".or eampleG 77

    schools in an'a eddy district and 40 schools in Fahbubna'ardistrict#>

    ***& n 419 schools only 10 children and belo are enrolled%" .or

    eampleG 93 schools in arimna'ar district 77 schools in &aran'al

    district and 58 schools in Ial'onda district#*& n 2176 schools only 11- 20 children are enrolled%" )n an a*era'e

    there are o*er 200 schools in each district in such a cate'ory#& n 3973 schools only 21-30 children are enrolled% )n an a*era'e

    there are 400 schools in each district in such a cate'ory #*& n 2725 schools only 31- 40 children are enrolled% ")n an a*era'e

    there are 250 schools in each district in such a cate'ory#%**& )nly 9043 schools ha*e children abo*e 40 and are *iable%

    4&/ Recommendation!*& t is noticed that there are 2-3 schools in 1 +m radius all in one

    *illa'e% t is recommended that there is a 'ram panchayat iseplannin' to brin' all the primary schools in a *illa'e at one place tocater to classes 1-5 from that nei'hborhood to a*oid redundancy of

    schools and resources%**& fter such a shift all the school buildin's that are empty is to beutili:ed for the pre-school for runnin' the an'anadi centres%
