Placement test

Assess your current language level either orally (by telephone) or online.

Advising

Your personal course adviser will work with you to select the optimal program that fits your learning style and goals.

Orientation session and tech check

In the orientation session, you will learn all about the features of the Berlitz Virtual Classroom. The IT team checks to make sure that the technical requirements are met for you to get started.

Start your live instruction

Schedule a time to get started on the Berlitz Virtual Classroom homepage.

Communication

Talk to your instructor in real time and communicate with the other course participants.

Online practice

Following the live lesson in a small group, short online exercises are available for you to practice on your smartphone, tablet, and PC.

Repetition

Automatically recorded lessons are available at any time for further practice. Also ideal for participants who have missed a lesson.

Performance score

Your individual performance score lets you track your learning progress in real time.

Virtual groups – Instruction 2020

Effective live language training via internet E-learning of the next generation – learning languages live with an experienced native-speaker Berlitz instructor from anywhere in the world – this is possible with the Berlitz Virtual Classroom. The internet lets your teacher come to wherever you are. All you need for your real-time training program is a computer, smartphone, or tablet with internet access and a headset. You are learning absolutely flexible, interactive and personally.

Berlitz forms homogeneous learning groups whose members can come from different countries around the world.

Every training is designed to help you get the essential language skills – listening, speaking, writing and reading – with focus on communication. After completing a course, you are able to communicate competent and effortless in many professional and social situations – with a range of topics to participate in conversations with native speakers.
