Other factors to vary TRG Indication
• Over LoadingSince TRG is sensing magnetic field generated by amperage on rotor, indication varies depending on loading.i.e. Flow Rate, SG, Viscosity,
• Ambient TemperatureDevises in TRG meter is affected by temperature but indication varies no more than 0.1 scale.

誘導障害の確認
• 遠隔監視装置（パネルメータ、警報装置、ＴＲＧコンバータ）配線後 ,ＴＲＧ指示値が黄色～赤色ゾーンであれば誘導障害の可能性があります。
• ポンプ端子台の G1,G2からシールド線の芯線及びシールドを外して運転し、端子箱のＴＲＧ指示値を確認して下さい。
• ＴＲＧ指示値が黄～赤色→０．４以下になれば誘導障害を受けていることになります。

誘導障害の対策
• 誘導障害を受けている場合、遠隔監視装置（パネルメータ、警報装置、ＴＲＧコンバータ）の入力 G1-G2間にダミー抵抗を入れてインピーダンスを下げてください。
• ダミー抵抗としては５００ Ω～３ kΩ １ /２W程度のものを用いてください。抵抗値は小さい方がよく効きます。

インバータ駆動時のＴＲＧについて• 回転方向検知付き（ＴＲＧ型式：Ｍ ,Ｒ）の場合、インバータ駆動するとＴＲＧは黄～赤色になり機能しなくなります。この場合、モールド回路を取り外す。メータや遠隔監視装置を交換するという作業が必要です。
↓• インバータ駆動する場合、回転方向検知無し（ＴＲＧ型式：Ｌ ,Ｇ )を必ず選定してください。インバータのキャリア周波数は３ kHz以下で設定使用ください。

インバータ駆動時のＴＲＧ管理についての注意事項
• ＴＲＧの管理の基本は、ある一定運転条件で初期値＋ αの αがいくらになったかが管理の対象になります。（相対値管理）
• インバータ制御の場合、周波数一定にて管理をお願いします。 （例：５０Ｈｚ 一定条件のＴＲＧ指示でチェックする）

回転方向検知付きＴＲＧの注意事項• ＴＲＧ回路と主電源回路が非絶縁です。
• ＴＲＧ回路が絶縁不良になった場合、漏電検知器が作動する可能性あり。またこの場合、ＴＲＧ指示値も高くなります。
