MEANING Teenager is someone

who is between 13 and 19 years old.

Teenagers are the most misunderstood people on earth.

They are treated like children but expected to act like adults.

MY TEENAGE YEARS I’m far from my teenage years, but

looking at teens today has made me realize all the best things about being a teenager in today’s world. My teen years started in 1978 which seems like million years ago! Over the years, though issues such as teen pregnancy, drugs and alcohol use, and social media influence seem to have gotten worse, there are still some pretty good things about being a teen in today’s times. Check out some of the best things about being a teenager in the world today, and I think you’ll quickly see that everything really isn’t so bad.

BRITISH TEENAGERS Teenagers in England do much

the same as kids in America or other European countries do. They enjoy chatting to and texting friends on their mobiles, hanging out with their mates, listening to the latest music on their MP3 players, shopping for the latest fashions or just watching movies on the television or at the cinema .

CONCLUSIONS Being a teenager is

uncomfortable because many things are banned;

very exiting, you learn many things about yourself and others ;

amazing  because it lasts only few years and we will miss these years in future;

great, because young years are given only once ;

interesting, because you understand who you are ;

fun because you can get certain freedoms like going home later, hanging out more with friends, be allowed to watch more mature movies, etc.

really cool because there are so many opportunities. There are so many things that you can do and then things that you can't do that you can still try to do ;

strange, because teenage years are the most stressful years of our lives;

not as easy as it seems. Everyday we face decisions that can affect our future;

a time that is very frustrating. You are now old enough to argue with your parents; your parents always think that you are wrong. They won't let you express your opinion because it is known as "talking back"!

As we go through our teenager years, we realize that the mistakes we make are necessary to learn and improve ourselves, but without guidance from people who love us, we could never stand up again and move forward. In a few years, no one will care if we had the coolest wardrobe or the best car, but they will remember whether or not we had the courage to stand up to our beliefs and be the better person.
