AUTO DOOR LOCKS Program how and when the vehicle doors automatically lock and unlock.

D e f a u l t U n l o c k S e t t i n gAll doors are set to unlockwhen the driver’s door isopened.

Changing the Door Lock Settings

1. Press SETTINGS.

2. Select Vehicle Settings.

4. SelectAuto Door Unlock.

Below is an example of how to change the auto door unlock setting. Make sure youare using the remote you want to change the settings for and the vehicle is in ONmode. See your Owner’s Manual for other setting options.

3. Move the interface dial to theright to Door Setup.

5. Select from the options.

6. Press BACK to exit themenu.

Note: The driver’s and front passenger’s door can be opened by pulling the innerfront door handle, regardless of the setting.

Accessing the Information Display

When turned on, performance of the vehicle’s engine, transmission, cruise control, andair conditioning system are adjusted to maximize fuel efficiency.

Indicates instant fuel efficiency using color-coded bars.

T IRE PRESSURE MONITORING SYSTEM (TPMS)

Monitors the vehicle’s tire pressures.

How It Works

When the tire pressure dropssignificantly below recommendedlevels, the low tire pressureindicator comes on.

TPMS Calibration

4. Select Calibrate.

5. The low tire pressure indicator blinksand calibration begins.

1. Press SETTINGS.

2. SelectVehicle Settings.

3. SelectTPMS Calibration.

Any time you inflate, change, or rotate one or more of your tires, you need torecalibrate the sytem.

What to Do

1.Visually inspect the tires for damage.

2. Use a tire air pressure gauge to checkwhich tire(s) have low pressure.

3. Inflate the tire(s), if necessary, to therecommended pressures listed on thelabel on the driver’s doorjamb.

How It Works

ONE-TOUCH TURN S IGNAL

Use this quick and convenient method to signal a lane change.

• Lightly push the turn signallever up or down for a three-blink sequence.

• For a continuous signal, pushthe lever up or down until itlocks into place.

How It Works

AUTO HEADL IGHTS WITH WIPER INTEGRAT ION

For your convenience, your vehicle’s headlights automatically turn on when you activatethe windshield wipers.

• Make sure your headlights are in the AUTOposition.

• Turn on your windshield wipers. The headlightsalso turn on.

• When you turn off the windshield wipers, theheadlights turn off shortly after.

DRIV ING POSIT ION MEMORY SYSTEM (DPMS)

Store driver’s seat positions into memory for each corresponding keyless remote(1 or 2), which are recalled when you unlock the driver’s door with the remoteand enter the vehicle.

How It Works

3. Press SET. You will hear a beep.

2. Adjust your preferred seatsettings.

4. Press the memory buttoncorresponding to the remote(1 or 2) you are using. You willhear two beeps.

Note: Stored positions can also be recalled by pressing one of thememory buttons (1 or 2) on the door.

1. Turn on the vehicle. Make surethe shift lever is in Park (P). Formanual transmission, make surethe parking brake is applied.

Camera Settings

Use the interface dial to make and enter selections.

1. Press SETTINGS.

2. Select Camera Settings.Fixed Guidelines: Guidelinesappear when you shift intoReverse. Select On or Off.Dynamic Guidelines: Guidelinesmove as you turn the steeringwheel. Select On or Off.

Turn the guidelines on or off.

4. Select one of the options.

5. Press BACK to exit themenu.

How It Works

Switching Views

• When you shift into Reverse (R), a real-time image ofthe area behind your vehicle is shown in the navigationdisplay, along with helpful parking guidelines. • The display turns off when you shift out of Reverse.

For added convenience, the area behind your vehicle is displayed to help you navigatewhile backing up.

There are three rearview modes: wide, normal, and top down. Press the interfacedial to toggle between views.

Helps you check the right lane when you make a right lane change.

If you cross a detected lane line without using your turnsignal, the LDW indicator flashes and a beep sounds.

Alerts you if your vehicle begins to move out of a detected lane without the turn signalactivated.

How It Works

When the right turn signal is activated, a camera located in the passenger sidedoor mirror shows the right rear area outside your vehicle on the display.

LaneWatch Display

Press the LaneWatch button on the turn signal switch to view a constant real-timedisplay. Press it again to turn the display off. The display still appears when the rightturn signal is activated.

See your Owner’s Manual for information on adjusting LaneWatch settings.

Display

LDW may not activate under certain conditions. See your Owner’s Manual formore information.

A camera mounted between the windshield and the rearview mirror determinesif your vehicle begins to move away from the center of a detected lane whiledriving between 40_90 mph.

Customizing FCW

Use the interface dial to make and enter selections.

1. Press SETTINGS.

FORWARD COLL IS ION WARNING (FCW)

Alerts you to the possibility of a front-end collision.

How It Works

FCW may not activate under certain conditions. See your Owner’s Manual for more information.

If the camera mounted between the windshield and the rearview mirror detects a vehiclein front of you when your vehicle speed is 10 mph or higher _ and it determines there is alikelihood of a frontal collision_ the system provides you with visual and audible warnings.

If you do not brake in time or take preventive action:• the heads-up light near the windshield flashes twice• the FCW indicator flashes continuously• a beep sounds continuously

VOICE RECOGNIT IONTo keep your eyes on the road and hands on the wheel, use voice commands forhands-free calling, navigation, audio, and climate control. For a full list of commands,say “Voice Help.”

How It Works

Control four different systems with the steering wheel buttons and the ceilingmicrophone.To reduce the potential for driver distraction, certain manual functionsmay be inoperable or grayed out while the vehicle is moving. Voicecommands are always available.

• To hear a list of available commands at any time, press and release the Talkbutton, then say “Help.”

• When using the Talk button, wait for a beep, then say a command.

• When the Talk button is pressed, all available voice commands are highlighted inyellow.

• Reduce all background noise.

• Adjust the dashboard and side vents away from the microphone in the ceiling.

• Close the windows.

NAVIGAT ION Real-time navigation system uses GPS and a map database to show your currentlocation and help guide you to a desired destination.

Entering a Destination Using Voice CommandsFind a nearby point of interest, such as a gas station, movie theater, restaurant, etc.

Press and release the Talk button before you say a command.

1. From the map screen, say “Findnearest ATM.”

2. A list of the nearest ATMs inyour area is displayed byshortest distance to destination.

3. Say the number next to thedestination you want to select.

4. Say “Set as destination” to setthe route.

Note: It is recommended that you enter your destination beforedriving or when the vehicle is stopped.

4. Say the entire street addressnumber. For example, “1-2-3-4.” Ifnecessary, say “OK” to proceed.

5. If the street address is in morethan one city, a list of city namesappears. Say the number next tothe city you want to select.

6. Say “Set as destination” to set theroute.

Traffic Rerouting The system can automatically provide detours around traffic or incidentswhen a destination is set and Traffic Rerouting is turned on in Navi Settings(see page 43).

1. Say “Display traffic on myroute” to view a list ofincidents on your route.

4. Say “Recalculate route” to setthe new route.

Using HFL

Pairing Your Phone

Pair your phone to begin using hands-free phone and related audio functions. Thevehicle must be stopped to pair the phone.

If your phone does not appear:Select Phone Not Foundand search for HandsFreeLinkfrom your phone.

6. HFL searches for your phone.Select your phone when itappears on the list.

7. HFL gives you a six-digit code.Compare it to the code thatappears on your phone. If it isthe same, connect to HFLfrom your phone.

8. The system asks if you wantto enable PhoneSynchronization. Select On.

Enter a 10-digit phone number to call.

Using the Menu*

1. Press PHONE.

2. Press MENU.

3. Select Dial.

4. From the navigation screenor the touchscreen, enterthe phone number. Selectthe green Dial icon to call.

3. Select Bluetooth Device List(if no phone has been paired)or Connect Phone (ifanother phone has beenpaired).

When you receive an incoming call, you hear a notification and see the followingpop-up message:

Using the Phonebook

When your phone is paired, its entire phonebook is automatically imported tothe system. This feature is inoperable when the vehicle is moving.

3. Select Phonebook.

4. Scroll through the list to find thename and number you want tocall, and select it to call .

2. Press MENU.

Store 20 speed dial entries for quick calling.

When a speed dial entry is stored with a voice tag, you can make a call usingvoice commands at any time. See your Owner’s Manual for more information.

Using Voice Commands

Say “Call” and the stored voice tag name. The system begins to dial.

You can also say the name and type of any phone number stored inyour phonebook. For example, say “Call by name” followed by “JohnSmith mobile.” Note: Phone synchronization must be on for the “Call by name”feature to work.

Receive and send text messages and e-mails from your paired and linked phone usingBluetooth® HandsFreeLink®. Visit handsfreelink.honda.com to see if this feature iscompatible on your phone. Standard message rates apply. This feature is limited whilethe vehicle is moving.
