Head box

Head boxes made out of high quality Stainlesssteel material.Precision control for cross direction profile adjustment.High turbulence and good formation.Precisely manufactured.Foam killing shower.Easy maintenance.

Wire part

All parts in contact with stock or water are Stainless steel material.Cantilever frame facilitates fast and easy wire change.Table layout and Drainage elements designed for better sheet formation and quality.Extensive separation of fibers from water.

Calender Section

Calender is designed to improve the surface properties of smoothness and gloss.Heavy duty framings with Hydraulic or Pneumatic loading system.Simple and easy to operate.Auto web feeding.

Dryer Section

Dryer system designed for best drying efficiency and uniform drying.Heavy duty Dryer frames are fabricated in M.S and Cast iron framing also available.Dryers can be provided with Steam and condensate system.High efficiency doctoring system can be provided for smooth operation.

Size Press Section

Size Press is designed to increase the surface strength of the paper which is commonly used for printing.Heavy duty framings with Hydraulic or Pneumatic loading system.Size kitchen equipments also can be provided.

Pope Reel

Parent roll dia up to 3000mm. Drum roll dia from 900 - 1100mm with cooling arrangement.Hydraulic or Pneumatic operation control.Auto spool loading system.Overhead storage facility.
