Applications and the selection procedureYour application will initially be screened by the HR team. If successful, the business will shortlist the remaining applications to decide who they would like to invite for an initial phone interview and 1-day assessment centre.
What We Expect From YouAll applicants must expect to or have already achieved a minimum 2.1 UK degree or above (or equivalent). You must have a minimum of 320 UCAS points required (or equivalent). We accept applications from all degree disciplines, however our preferred disciplines are: Computer Science, Business, Economics, Mathema-tics, or Engineering. Regardless of your background, we are looking for individuals with a strong interest in financial services and technology.
We expect our candidates to be intellectu-ally curious with a great eagerness to learn – someone with great examples of problem solving and analytical skills. You should be an excellent communicator and a team player.
