The October to December period has been another good month for the Krupp Steel

Factories, with the introduction of a Ministry of State Affairs policy which sends new

citizens straight to the Krupp Steel Factories after masking and the refusal of aid unless

members are signed up for state organised tech deals has ensured that there is a steady

influx of sellers, however, we still have a shortage of tech sellers and as it is my hope

that in the future we will be able to rectify this problem through Alliance Growth Bonds,

allowing the Ministry of Finance to target its aid more effectively.

Technology Exports for the October to December period have seen a steady rise as the

number of technology deals with our Orange Team Allies, FOK!-Alliance and The Sweet

Oblivion, based on the blue sphere has increased thanks to the excellent work of our

Deputy Minister for Finance; Mantor, who has been running the FOK and TSO 3x3 tech

deals without help.

At present, there are nine nations currently involved in technology deals with FOK!-

Alliance technology deals, which is a large amount of the Empire’s total sellers,

indicating that the technology we are selling to FOK!-Alliance is a major investment and

is in-turn making our economy more prosperous. Below is a pie chart showing each

nation contribution to the total technology sold to FOK!-Alliance.

The Sweet Oblivion has been involved in technology dealing with The German Empire

since September 2010 and has so far proved to be a profitable venture, with The Sweet

Oblivion offering each completed 3x3 a $3,000,000 bonus, therefore increasing the

amount of money are nations receive from these deals. TSO 3x3 #1 (5th Cycle) began on

the 29th November and as such we expect 300 technology units to be sold on top of the

300 units already sold in the 4th Cycle. Below is a pie chart showing each nations

contribution to the total technology sold to The Sweet Oblivion.

During the September-October technology quarter, The German Empire exported 6001

units of technology which has since increased to 1500 in the October to December

quarter showing that more of our sellers are engaging in technology deals with our

allies and partners. It is my intention in the future (when exams are finished after

January) to begin negotiations with other allies such as the International to open up

technology deal agreements with them in order to increase the amount of tech our

nations are exporting.

1 September-October figures are incorrect as internal tech deals were included; the current export estimate for September-

October is 600 units.

In conclusion, the October-December Quarter has seen a massive increase in the

amount of technology being exported by the empire, from an estimated 600 in the last

quarter to 1500 currently. This shows a dramatic increase in the amount of sellers

engaging in technology selling and an increase in co-operation by FOK!-Alliance and The

Sweet Oblivion. This increase also highlights the on-going tireless work performed by

the Krupp Steel Factories and its Industrialists, especially the Deputy Minister for

Finance, Mantor who I will be nominating for recognition by the Emperor for his

excellent work.
