Technology enhanced classrooms.• To get started turn on the power on the panel. This will power on the 

projector and the audio system. • Log into the computer with your regular username and password. • If you are using a laptop, plug in the VGA cable, audio cable and network 

cable BEFORE turning the panel on.• Now select the device you want to use from the panel.• There are 4 USB connections on the podium. • Log out of the computer when you are done – DO NOT shut down the 

computer.• Make sure the power on the panel is turned off before you leave. Please make 

sure to hit the power button twice. The projector only turns off after the button is hit the second time.

• When switching from the DVD or VCR back to the computer or document camera make sure to also press the Source button. 

• To open the DVD tray, hit the button quickly and gently, and then wait a few seconds for it to open.

This is to control the master volume.(check that the computer volume is up if this doesn’t work)

The center button is the “ok/enter” button for the DVD

eject the DVD

The play, pause, stop, and skip buttons are for the VCR and DVD player, depending on the one selected

When switching from the DVD or VCR back to the computer or document camera make sure to also press the Source button. 

PS. The power button on the newer computers is in the top right hand corner of the computers. if someone accidentally shut down the computer just turn it back on and as normal.
