For more than 35 years Termotecnica Sebina Srl represents a productive company that carries out technological systems and supplies maintenance both in civil construction and different industrial sectors.

It started its activity as a craft hydraulic company but during those years it has constantly increased and stepped up the range of services that it can offer ; nowadays they range from manufacture of hydro-thermo-sanitary fixtures to air conditioning systems and from fireproof systems to plant pipe installation. It also produces technological networks in order to transport

gas and liquids (methane pipeline), urban heating networks and rolling line cooling networks inside steelworks.Nowadays, Termotecnica Sebina S.r.l activity can be divided essentially into four main specialized sections: industrial systems, civil systems, technological networks and electric systems.Our additional value consists in a continuous research of highly qualified solutions.

The management of the company, from start-up to consolidation and production analysis,is still highly centralized and is carried out in the main offices in Costa Volpino - Bg.

Termotecnica Sebina legal, administrative and working offices are in Costa Volpino (Bergamo), in an industrial warehouse (including workshop and store) with annexed offices.

Termotecnica Sebina Srl’s staff is composed by 50 units.Its high qualified technical-staff, that runs all specific orders in a independent way, has as main aim the customer satisfaction that it is guaranteed by the reliability of its produced systems.The firm owns 1200 square meters between offices and warehouse, a 10 ton. gantry crane and a wide range of vehicles; thanks to all our equipments, our company’s team can work in autonomy, without the need of external resources.

Industrial systems correspond to the realization of industrial piping lines used to the addressing of liquids, fumes and gas in general, but also to the realization of cooling systems for plants and different

various installations. In addition they include industrial fireproof systems and heating systems characterized by the usage of ceiling radiant “thermo-stripes” powered by hot water (160°) thermal power stations.

lucchini s.p.a: Realization of a VOD water treatment system in steel plant for degassing process, complete with systems of tubes to connect the treatment island with the shop.

ilva s.p.a: Increase of a heating system in a machine shop specialized in restoration of segments and “Ome/Mua” ingot molds, and also bay amplification using ceiling radiant “thermo-stripes” powered by 5 hot water (160°) thermal power stations with 2.326 kW thermal capacity. Power Station, as above, fitted with four 11.630 kW boilers.

Some industrial systems we realized:

riva acciaio s.p.a: Realization of a network for industrial water distribution from pump rooms to rolling stands, including a back network from a storage tank to the treatment system.

In these years we have equipped and started to produce electric installations and photovoltaic systems in order to offer a more and more required “turnkey” service. For this reason we’ve carried out a specified area aimed towards the planning and realization of electric systems and electronic regulation. Particularly, we realized control boards for low and medium voltage, as Power center, centralized system, regulation and control of production processes, manufacturing and supervising , automatic power factor regulation.We realized electrical distribution systems for commercial, industrial and civil sectors.Industrial automation with PLC programming. Systems to protect against atmospheric sparking and explosions.We are able to realized (and we have already realized) specific systems for siderurgical plants, for water and depuration system, natural gas pumping stations, hotels, rest homes, banks, bottling plants, and renewable and ecological energy systems.
