The Vogelsang cleaner cabinet MSV 2

matches perfectly with the infrastructure

needs of train care service facilities.

The cabinet is completely made of

Stainless Steel and provides a large

storage compartment for cleaner

accessories and sanitary material.

Behind a heavy duty rolling shutter a

Stainless Steel sink and the hot & cold

water supply facilities are available for

the cleaning personnel.

The cleaner cabinet can be fitted with a

number of automatic dosing units which

provide washing water ready mixed with

cleaning agent. The cleaning agent is

stored in a separate compartment below

the water supply facility.

Hot water can be supplied by an inte-

grated 10 Litre boiler unit. Alternatively

a continuous flow heater is available for

this cabinet.

Electrical heaters ensure that the water

supply facilities of this cabinet can be

used during frost periods.

A low voltage socket cluster is available

with a number of different types of

socket outlets to provide power at the

service site area.

disposal of passenger railway coaches.

The high Quality Industrial Trailer

ensures a big working radius and

applicability at different locations.

The discharge unit with a geared motor

driven robust Vogelsang Rotary Lobe

Pump pumps the wastewater in the

transport tank. Due to a revision of rota-

tion, the pump can also be used for

draining the tank.

Optionally the large volume GRP

transport tank with strut cover can be

equipped with a drain valve. If the

operator has to avoid bad smells the

discharged air of the tank can be

cleaned with an activated carbon filter.

The Vogelsang Disposal Trailer with GRP Tank is designed for

flexible mobile disposal and cleaning of Bio-reactor Toilet-

Systems in passenger railway coaches.

The high Quality Industrial Trailer ensures a big working radius

and applicability at different locations.

The discharge unit consists of a high-pressure pump to break-

up the dry-solid-cake in the bio-reactor, a geared motor driven

robust Vogelsang Rotary Lobe Pump to pump the wastewater

in the transport tank and a compressor to actuate the valves.

Due to a revision of rotation, the Rotary Lobe Pump can also be

used to drain the tank.

The Control-unit is equipped with a multifunctional touch-

panel and provides different fully-automatic as well as manual

operating programs.

Optionally the large volume GRP transport tank with strut

cover can be equipped with a drain valve. If the operator has to

avoid bad smells the discharged air of the tank can be cleaned

with an activated carbon filter.

The Vogelsang vacuum central double

pump station is the heard of our vacuum

waste water disposal system.

Two robust duty /stand-by Vogelsang

Rotary Lobe Pumps are powering up the

vacuum in the piping system and at the

service modules. The vacuum pressure is

permanently monitored and controlled

by the integrated pump station control.

The outstanding design of the Vogel-

sang pumps allows to create a powerful

vacuum on pumps inlet and to discharge

the waste water directly into the sewer

main. There is no need for complicated

buffer tanks, valve assemblies and ad-

ditional controls.

The programmable PLC and control unit

ensures optimized performance and

simple control in fully automatic

or manually operation of the system.

Each pump of the duty/stand-by as-

sembly can be isolated from the system

separately while the other pump keeps

the system working.

Unlike competition the Vogelsang vacu-

um central need no bulky vacuum buffer

and waste water reception tank. The

totally closed system design can avoid

offensive smells.

Single Place Cabinet EP-WAxx-7-A1

The Cabinet version of the Vogelsang

Single Place Systems with integrated

Pump unit is a compact and inconspicu-

ous single place solution for comfort-

able and environmentally train care

services of waste water disposal and

water supply on railway yards and train

depots.

The Single Place Cabinet is designed

for though operation conditions and

equipped with the reliable Vogelsang

Rotary Lobe Pump. It provides a power-

ful vacuum in the suction hose which

is used to extract the waste water from

the train’s toilet tanks. A rinse water

hose can be provided to flush out the

tank.

Fresh water is supplied from the same

service module by water supply hose.

After the filling cycle is finished the

operator stores the water filling nozzle

behind a protective enclosure again.

The automatic hose retraction system,

which is integrated in the cabinet,

ensures a reliable and comfortable hose

handling. This avoids tangled hoses, ex-

tends hose life and can reduce danger-

ous tripping accidents.

An automatic interlocking system is

available optionally to ensure separated

black water and fresh water services at

the same module.

The assembly with Piping, fittings and

system control, is mounted in a weather

proof cabinet for outdoor installations.

T-System CET-Service Station Satellite Module

The Vogelsang CET-Service Station is used for comfortable and

environmentally train care services of waste water disposal and

water supply on railway yards and train depots.

The suction hose of the heavy duty Steel T-System is connected

to a main vacuum waste water line which is powered up by a

Vogelsang vacuum central. This double pump station provides

a powerful vacuum which is used to extract the waste water

from the train’s toilet tanks. A rinse water hose can be provided

to flush out the tank.

Fresh water is supplied from the same service module by water

supply hose. After the filling cycle is finished the operator stores

the water filling nozzle behind a protective enclosure again.

The integrated automatic hose retraction system ensures a reli-

able and comfortable hose handling. This avoids tangled hoses,

extends hose life and can reduce dangerous tripping accidents.

An automatic interlocking system is available optionally to

ensure separated black water and fresh water services at the

same module.

The Vogelsang T-System is approved by the Federal Railway

Authority (EBA) and provides reliable, comfortable and hygienic

train services.

Tank Assemblywith combustion motor

The Vogelsang Tank Assembly with

combustion motor is designed for

flexible mobile disposal of passenger

railway coaches.

The high-grade assembly frame ensures

a universal applicability on different

vehicles and trailers.

The discharge unit with a robust

Vogelsang Rotary Lobe Pump, driven by

a combustion motor, pumps the waste-

water in the transport tank.

The large volume GRP transport tank

with strut cover is equipped with a

drain valve to empty the tank. If the


discharged air of the tank can be

cleaned with an activated carbon filter.

The Vogelsang Underground System is used for comfortable

The Underground System is especially designed for the us-

age in limited spaces. Each module is connected to a main

vacuum waste water line which is powered up by a Vogelsang

vacuum central. This double pump station provides a power-

ful vacuum which is used to extract the waste water from the

train’s toilet tanks.

Fresh water is supplied from the same service module by a

water supply hose. After the filling cycle is finished the opera-

Underground System

Water Supply System

The Vogelsang Water Supply System for an easy and hygienic supply of fresh water for railway coaches.

The module consists of a maintenance free standpipe in a fundament for sub-surface installation, a freshwater supply unit with hose set and a pylon segment with integrated hose retraction device.

The standpipe is equipped with fresh-water connections and a draining con-nection which drains off residual- and splash water in a gravity line on site. The standpipe can be mounted option-ally with or without additional concrete frame, depending on the soil conditions.

The freshwater supply unit is conducted as a maintenance friendly quick-service armature. An automatic draining of the parts which are liable to freeze avoids the freezing of the aboveground piping.

For maintenance purposes the module can be isolated from the main pipe with an extra cock.

An integrated hose retraction device in the pylon ensures that the freshwater hose will be retracted comfortable and reliable after service.

The system is approved by the Federal Railway Authority (EBA).
