The system is provided with an ingenious system. Each guide rail is provided with pre-installed special gas spring with stainless steel cables. This ensures a taught fabric under any inclination degree. The fabric with welded zippers runs into the guide rails (consisting of 2 parts), via a synthetic guiding system which is provided with EPDM strips to catch the wind. Because of this, the screen is windproof up to 120 km/h in every position. The recommended incline degree is between 7° and 90°. Colour Multiple colour possibilities are available for your project. The screen box including end caps, guide rails and bottom slat get coloured in a RAL-colour of choice from our range of more than 400 colours. The colour of the fabric depends on the chosen type of fabric. Screen fabric The standard fabric that is used in the WCA0200 is the Soltis 92-Soltis 86. Due to the lower weight of this fabric this results in perfect hang behaviour. The colour range can be consulted on our fabric samples or website. The upper side of the example of the fabric collection corresponds to the external view of the screen. In the event of reversed use, this must be clearly stated in the order. The (cable) exits are always determined by the external view of the house. Box The box consists of 2 parts: an upper plate and an under plate. The under plate is always chamfered (45°). Installation situationsThe system can be installed with special developed adjustable supports, aluminium tubes or can be fixed directly on the supporting structure. The incline degree can vary between 7° and 90°. A bottom-up installation is possible, but only for internal use.
