TECHNICAL SEAL COMPANY LIMITED is a wholly

owned subsidiary of Zamil Chemical and Plastic Industries Holding Company (Zamil ChemPlast) the plastic and chemical industries division of

Zamil Group, a global investment company with

diverse interests and capabilities. TECHNICAL

SEAL came into existence in1984 at Dammam,

Saudi Arabia as the pioneer in sealing solutions to

the building industry, especially the Aluminum

fabrication sector in the Gulf Cooperation Council

(GCC)and surrounding Countries of Middle-East

and North Africa (MENA region).

Over three decades of experience in catering to the

sealing requirements of construction and

industrial sectors in MENA made TECHNICAL SEAL

(also known as ZAMIL RUBBER) a reference name

for Sealing Profiles.

Today, TECHNICAL SEAL is the original gasket

supplier of many of the top names in Aluminum

System Design and/Profile suppliers such as:

BRITAL-U.K., VISTAWALL-U.A.E.; ALUPCO-KSA;

GULF EXTRUSION-UAE; BALEXCO-BAHRAIN etc.

Control and product-properties-testing Laboratory

suspended lightweight facades.

In this the section perform three important

functions:

• Air and water sealing;• Insulation for the prevention of high temperature and humidity;• Flexible accomodation of change in the façade elements owing to thermal and statical influences.

This triple security is ensured by elastomeric materials, which are resistant to weather, ozone and

aging, and which are also permanently elastic, flexible at high and low temperatures and heat

The gaskets are extremely important factor in the

overall performance of the window, doors.

A great deal of attention is given at the design stage

of any building and in the preparation of the product

specification, to the performance and appearance of

the glass and aluminium elements. Much of this in

vein when a poor quality plastic, PVC or other material

is allowed to be installed and later fails, becoming

brittle, shrinking and in some cases, falling out of the

framing, allowing water & dust to penetrate and

unsightly bowing of the sight - line of gaskets.

the product by effective quality control measures right from material receiving, online inspection

&monitoring, finished goods inspection and pre-shipment inspection. A round the clock devoted

team of experienced quality inspectors makes it certain that all the products made by us conform to

the respective specification standard.

To support the quality assurance and control measures, the Company has a well-equipped

laboratory for testing raw materials and finished products to meet with the requirements specified.
