TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS NATIONAL TEAM AMSA-INDONESIA 2015/2016 APPLICATIONS 1. Applicants should send the required documents according to the National Team requirements (see National Job Descriptions.pdf) maximum Friday, September 11 th 2015 (23.59 WIB): ■ Curriculum Vitae ■ National Team Application Form (applicants are allowed to apply for two positions, but include the priorities: 1 st and 2 nd . Applicants have to make application form for each position applied) ■ Representative Recommendation Letter ■ Motivation Letter Late submissions will not be tolerated. All written application requirements can be in English or Bahasa. Send the archives to the emails listed in each National Team Job Description. 2. Representative recommendation letter for applicants from 1 university must be sent through university email in one delivery, with subject “Recommendation Letter”. Example: UAJ sends 5 National Team applicants, so 5 “RecLetter”s have to be sent from [email protected] in 1 email. 3.
