BK1610 rec: Place foam-wrap p/n 15414300 as shown.

Prepare the faceplate - Trimmer Installation

Mark target hole. Drill target hole. Remove debris and insert trimmer,

Make trimmer flush even on the external side of faceplate.

Use Loctite 416 and glue around the trim-mer (internal side). Let it cure.

NOTE : Do the same process for additional trimmers. Let the glue cure first then operate the trimmer to ensure that it is not frozen.

Drill bit 0.076” or 1.93mm for the trimmer hole

Prepare the faceplate - PB Installation

Insert PB on faceplate hole then-glue round the push-buttonusing Loctite 416 P/N 8066-599.

Let it air dry for 5 mins

Mark and drill a pilot hole using a smaller drill bit on a manual grinder.

Remove excess debris.

Use TC00298 drill bit and carefully drill onto the pilot hole. Drill all the way through.

Prepare the faceplate - VC Installation

Drill bit 0.159” or 4.038 mm for the Analog VC hole

Mark target hole. Drill target hole. Remove debris and insert Analog VC

Make sure that VC is not protruding too much above the highest point of the external side of faceplate.

Use Loctite 416 and glue around the VC (internal side). Let it cure.

NOTE : Let the glue cure first then operate the VC to ensure that it is not frozen.

Service Tool

When working on the assembled faceplate a heat sink (p/n 10158701) must always be used in order to prevent damages to the components.

The tool can be used on both sides. One side for size 13 and 312, the other side to be used for size 10
