    The Polished Bore Receptacle (PBR) is run as a part of the liner. This PBR comes as a means to tie-back to and existing liner with either a seal assemble or tie-back packer for remedial work. This PBR is a means to Tie-Back to the liner system should it be needed. This can be accomplished with a seal nipple or with a Tie-Back packer.

    LINER TOP PACKER Without the right LINER TOP PACKER in place and proper

    annular isolation, the integrity of your well is at risk, which can lead

    to costly and detrimental environmental and safety outcomes.

    Liner-top packers are run as an integral part of liner-hanger assemblies to create a reliable liner-top seal between the host casing ID and liner string OD. Additionally, liner-top packers are used to isolate formation pressures below the liner top from the casing ID above, to isolate treating pressures below the liner top from casing or acid work, to isolate fluids while the cement sets, to eliminate gas migration, and to isolate lost circulation zones. Packers can also be used as a tieback completion or production packer.

    The HT hanger packer is used in high temperature non cement

    wells with low pressure (3000 psi) to provide a liner top seal. It

    is run as an integral part of the original liner string. Designed to

    be set after the liner is in place, the packer is set by pressuring

    up on the hydraulic pressure setting both by-direction slips and

    setting the high temperature ecnor aray element.

    The LEJ is used in high temperature non cement wells with low pressure (3000 psi) to provide a liner the ability to expand or contract with temperature changes. The LEJ come in 10', 15' expansion lengths. Designed to be set below of the HT liner top packer

    LINER HANGER The PS2 Liner Hanger is set by a pressure increase. A setting ball is dropped into a ball seat shear pinned in the setting tool liner wiper plug or the landing collar. The system is pressurized, at which point the piston moves upward, setting the slips into the casing wall. Slack off completes the setting action and transfers the liner weight through the cone and slips into the supporting casing. The PS2 Liner Hanger comes with an integral body. The PS-2 mandrel come with machined heavy wall mechanical tubing and is treated to its required grade. With no integral connections there are no maximum pressure ratings that can be exceeded. Hanging capacity of this hanger is rated best in the industry casing spec.

    RUNNING TOOLS The MR liner rotating setting tool is designed to run all types of mechanical and hydraulic-set liner hangers. The MR tool uses left-hand threaded nut assembly, with a spring-loaded clutch

    that pre‐vents rotation of the nut until the tool is compressed. With the tool in tension, right-hand torque may be applied to rotate a liner, and then weight is slacked off to allow right-hand

    release of the set‐ting tool. It incorporates setting dogs to for setting a liner top packer.

    HYDRAULIC RELEASE RUNNING TOOL is used to run and set the liner hanger with or without Liner Top Packer. The Running Tool is made with Setting Sleeve & assembly is run on drill string to the bottom. The Hydraulic Release Drilldown Liner Setting Tool connects to the Liner Setting Sleeve profile provides a means to carry a liner down hole, set a liner hanger and release from the liner prior to or, if desired, after cementing. The primary releasing mechanism is hydraulic with an emergency mechanical back-up release system. This tool carries the weight of the liner on a fully supported Collet assembly with no threads that could back off and drop the liner while running in the hole. High torque ratings of the Hydraulic release Running Tool system allow aggressive rotation if required to work a liner to bottom.

    In Operation: The Rotating Liner Hanger is set Hydraulically by dropping ball and applying hydraulic pressure from surface in hydraulic set type or is set Mechanically by semi rotate and upward move. The Setting Tools will be released by applying weight and rotation in mechanical release type or will be release by applying hydraulic pressure for hydraulic release type. Note that rotation without applying weight will lead to string rotation and the Setting Tools will not be released. As the Setting Tools is released, the cementing operation is done. Then the string is pulled up and now Setting Dogs of Setting Tools are released. Liner Hanger Top Packer is set by applying weight by means of Setting Dogs

    LINER TIEBACK PACKER PRODUCT The LINER TIEBACK PACKER is a liner top packer that is most frequently run on drill pipe using a mechanical setting tool and a tie back receptacle liner setting sleeve with tieback extension. The packer is run to the top of an existing liner tieback extension, and the seal stem is inserted until seated and pressure tested down the drill pipe. Additional set-down weight shears the release pins and sets the packer seal. The setting tool is released with right hand rotation. The tieback stem on the Tieback Packer has 3 sets of glass-filled Teflon Chevron seals for severe pressure and temperature applications. It features ratchet lock in the setting shoulder to prevent premature setting while running in. Maximum seal integrity is assured by a HP/HT rubber sealing element. Hold down slips and an internal body-lock ring maintains seal compression and prevents floating of short liners. Available in rotating or non-rotating configuration with retrievable or no cementing bushing profile running and setting, this assembly may be Configured with conventional mechanical right hand release running tool, rotating mechanical running tool or hydraulic release running tool. The packer is furnished with higher group of API 5CT standard materials As well as with the end connection in compliance to API standards or any premium threads as per the customer’s requirement/demand. CRA materials suited for H2S or CO2 service are available on request.

    TIEBACK SEAL NIPPLE The Tieback Seal Nipple with Glass filled Teflon Chevron sealis

    designed for high pressure liner tieback completions. This honed

    bore, one-piece mandrel is constructed of AISI 4140 alloy for high

    strength. Tieback seal nipple allows for future extension of the liner

    casing string to surface for production, testing or remedial

    operations during the life of the well. Constructed of material that

    matches the grade of the liner casing, when it is landed provides a

    continuous bore diameter to that of the liner. This provides mono

    bore access to the reservoir.

    It may be used temporarily or permanently. To facilitate both ease

    of entry and cementing operations. It is equipped with a standard

    mule guide nose with circulations ports. Standard seal

    configurations is four units in fabric reinforced NBR with optional

    seals in HNBR.

    Nipples are designed with ODs compatible for Liner Tieback

    Packers and Tieback Receptacles with varying in lengths form 6

    feet to 20 feet depending on the applications. On an optional basis,

    the tieback seal nipple may be provided with a latch assembly for

    production applications where it is appropriate to land the tieback

    casing in tension. Configured with a box top design, the tieback

    seal nipple will directly connect to the tieback casing string or to

    other components.

    The Tieback Nipple is furnished with higher group of API 5CT

    standard materials as well as with the end connection in

    compliance to API standards or any premium threads as per the

    customer’s requirement/demand. CRA materials suited for H2S or

    CO2 service are available on request.

    SETTING COLLAR SLEEVE Setting collar is a typically run above the liner hanger for the

    purpose of carrying the liner weight and engagement of the setting

    tool while running in the hole. It also serves as a tool entry guide

    after completion. The setting collar can be provided with honed tie

    back receptacle extension pup joint to accommodate Kelly stroke

    of the running tool. Setting collar is a basic releasing collar used

    to carry the liner into the well. The right-hand releasing thread

    ensures easy release of the setting tool. The setting collar is made

    up on top of the liner hanger and is recommended for use when a

    liner extension is no planned. Its fluted top guide assures

    centering of the liner in the hole and its shape provides an internal

    guide for smooth running of tools into the liner.

    DRILLABLE PACK-OFF BUSHING (DPOB) Drillable Pack-off bushing is made of drillable aluminum with

    internal chevron type seals. This allows a slick joint stinger to

    pass through the seal set while providing a secure seal on the

    outside diameter of the stinger and provide us seal between

    the liner system and the inner string. The pack off

    bushing is located under setting tools and above the liner

    hanger. DPOB will stay in setting collar and won’t be pulled

    out of the hole.

    RETRIEVABLE PACK-OFF BUSHING (RPOB) Retrievable Pack-Off Bushing (RPOB) combines the benefits of the Drillable Pack Off Bushing with retrievability. The RPOB is made up on the setting tool with the slick joint extended through it. The RPOB is then landed and locked into the machined profile of the setting collar (or packer). After the cementing operation, the RPOB is released and retrieved with the setting tools. No material or seals are left to be drilled out later. Retrievable Pack-off Bushing provides a seal between the setting tool and the liner, securely holding all cementing and plugs bumping pressures. It features temperature and pressure resistant seals which are designed to hold differential pressure from either direction. It also reduces piston force on the drill pipe during cementing operations. After the completion of the cementing, it is retrieved with the setting tool, leaving the liner top unrestricted.

    LANDING COLLAR Landing Collar provides a latch down seat and seal for the liner wiper plug and is used to land the Liner Wiper Plugs (LWP). It also provides an additional back up to the float collar and/or the float shoe to ensure that cement remains in place after displacement. The landing collar is normally run one or two joints above the float shoe or just above the float collar.

    Anti-Surge Liner Wiper PlugThe anti-surge liner wiper plug is used when running liners into well that have weak zone formations that may fracture and cause lost circulation from the ball shearing out of the landing collar under high pressure. This liner wiper plug is designed to catch the setting ball up in the setting tool. Pressure applied to the setting ball is used to set the hanger. Once the liner hanger has been set the ball is then sheared out and is captured in the ball catch for cementing operations. Anti-surge plug are made of aluminum so are easily drillable

    WIPER PLUG LANDING COLLAR WIPER PLUG landing Collar is run for either mechanical liner

    hangers or adapters, and also used with hydraulic set liner hangers when it is desirable to reciprocate or rotate the liner while cementing prior to setting the liner hanger. 6051-T651 aluminum alloy is used internally and is easily drillable.

    PUMP DOWN PLUG PUMP DOWN PLUG with Rotation Prevention Clutch on the

    nose of the plug lands and locks in place in the seat of the liner wiper plug. The plugs then land, latch and seal in the PLC landing collar.

    PFLOAT EQUIPMENT Float collars and Float/Guide/Reamer shoes are located at the bottom of a Liner System. Especially designed for Liner applications, a dart- type poppet valve-system inside the Float Collar and the Float/Reamer shoe prevents backflow of gases and fluids in the liner (e.g. cement, after displacement is complete). The valve-system consists of an aluminum or cement insert with one or two elastomeric valves. In additional the Float/Guide shoe has a hemispheric or conic aluminum Guide Nose with two up- and down jet ports for assisting the run-in-hole operation which allows turbulent characteristics of the circulation. The Reamer shoe’s nose provides a special blade design for reaming the liner to bottom through possibly unstable formations.

    tieback receptacle for seal assembly installation and ensures re-entry into the liner top. Liner tieback top dress and polishing mills are run prior to tying back into the tieback seal receptacle with a seal nipple or seal nipple packer assembly. The purpose of running the mills is to ensure the liner top has not been damaged since installation, and to remove any scale or other foreign material from the polished seal bore. The top dress mill is designed to dress or return the top edge of the receptacle to an acceptable condition and configuration to allow entry of the seal nipple without damaging the seal units. The polishing mill is a soft bodied mill that vibrates inside the receptacle, removing deposited material from its highly polished surface to allow optimal contact with the seal nipple. For seal nipple packer applications, the mills are run in with a casing scraper to ensure a properly prepared area for the packer to set and seal in.
